Prachtige omgeving, mooie hotel en vriendelijke mensen.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en lieve medewerkers en een prachtige omgeving, ook kregen we een gratis upgrade.

Cons:

Jammer dat je geen drankje kom krijgen bij het zwembad omdat er een medewerkster vrij was.

The staff was amazing. The outside and inside pool are super clean! The location is great, the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Kommer gärna hit igen.
Pros:

Allt. Rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal. Läget. Frukosten var fantastisk. SPA:et var också bra även om den nedre delen av spa:et inte var öppet nu på sommaren. Bussen går precis utanför hotellet. Nära till grannbyarna.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful designed hotel. Felt very welcoming. Hotel staff were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious - lots of variety. Views spectacular. Spa area and pool amazing. Location perfect.

Cons:

Rooms were hot. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Pillows were a little lumpy. Bar was not open after about 8pm Monday to Wednesday. TV had limited channels.

The selection of chees is limited, bread os limited, and the front os not outstanding, some times is good sometimes is not, but overall the service in the breakfast is excellent.

Sokszor olvasható a szállodák értékelésénél a bőséges reggeli. Itt meg annál is bőségesebb volt. Mégis minden nap egy kicsit más, igazán változatos.
Maga a szálloda, biztosan az eddig általam látogatott helyek közül a TOP3-ban van. Nagyvonalúan tervezett, jól vezetett és szépen karbantartott hely. A személyzet maximálisan kedves es motivált.

Cons:

A szállodáról semmi rosszat nem tudok mondani.

Fabulous mountain hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous mountain decor, super clean, gives boutique vibes. Absolutely amazing spa area with gorgeous inside pool and large spa area. Lovely breakfast space and great food, less then 10 min walk from centre, with lovely restaurant just across the road. Staff was super friendly, thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Cons:

There is no aircon so on hot summer days it did get a bit stuffy.

Good location, average friendliness, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Great new wellness part with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Amazing breakfast

Cons:

Some personnel was not client friendly: when we had to park our car on 2 places because others were doubleparked, the morning after a piece of paper was hanging on our car to park it better. Also after mentioning the drink dispensers did not work in the wellness, the personnel said it closes 30min before the wellness closes. The day after it still did not work.

Extraordinario. Segunda vez que lo utilizo y cada vez mejor. Lleno de detalles. Atendido por sus dueños y el personal de apoyo atentisimo. Instalaciones de lujo. Comodas y en perfectas condiciones. Cuesta encontrar algo tan excepcional.
