La stanza alternativa assegnataci era improponibile

Inizialmente ci hanno alloggiato in una stanza corrispondente a quanto visto nelle foto di presentazione e la receptionist molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

A causa di un guasto idraulico ci hanno spostato in una nuova stanza quadrupla nel sottotetto che presentava un fastidioso e persistente odore di chiuso, era impossibile da areare perché priva di finestre (c’erano solo due vasistas sul tetto). Le guarnizioni della doccia presentavano segni di muffa. Essendo situata nel sottotetto, l’unica via di fuga in caso di problemi era rappresentata da una sorta di scala a chiocciola con un corrimano insufficiente e un falso gradino nero che ingannava e che poteva far inciampare. Il divano letto (che rappresentava due posti letto) era indecoroso. La stanza non era quella per cui abbiamo pagato e non poteva essere in alcun modo l’alternativa ad un guasto idraulico, ma eravamo troppo stanchi per cambiare hotel.

L’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel. Le petit déjeuner, simple mais bon.

Cons:

Chambre située au 2ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’est pas très pratique avec des valises et des enfants. Notre chambre était sous les combles et semblait mal ventilée : une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité était présente. La moquette au sol ne paraissait pas très bien entretenue, ce qui renforçait l’impression de vétusté.

L’hôtel n’était pas catastrophique, mais le tarif nous paraît élevé pour la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le reste de l’établissement semblait plus soigné, ce qui nous laisse penser que notre chambre ne reflétait peut-être pas la qualité générale de l’hôtel.
