My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing.

During our stay, we discovered insects in the room and noticed a large amount of dust in various places, including behind the TV, above the wardrobe, and above the bed. This significantly affected our sense of cleanliness and comfort and made us feel uncomfortable in the room.

Although we contacted the reception staff and reported the situation, we felt that not enough was done to address the problem. Even after the room was cleaned, traces of dust remained in various areas.

Additionally, when we requested two extra bath towels, we were told that we would have to pay for them. After the unpleasant experience we had already been through, we expected understanding and a willingness to accommodate us. Instead, we felt that we had to struggle just to receive basic necessities.

We also had a disappointing experience when requesting hangers for the wardrobe. We needed seven additional hangers, but we were told that only three could be sent to our room, and initially, only three were provided. It was only after we repeatedly asked and even had to beg that additional hangers were brought to us. Guests should never have to beg for basic requests to be fulfilled during their stay.

We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and professional, courteous, and respectful service, especially from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, not only was the cleanliness disappointing, but the treatment we received and the lack of willingness to help turned our entire experience into a negative one and significantly affected our enjoyment of the holiday.

I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its cleanliness standards, service, and treatment of guests.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Tudo exceto o recepcionista

Cons:

Tivemos contato com 2 recepcionistas. A recepcionista ( mulher) foi muito educada e atenciosa . Já o recepcionista ( homem ) foi extremamente antipático e rude em todas as situações em que mantivemos contato .
Devo ressaltar que um hotel 5 estrelas não deveria manter este tipo de funcionário em seu quadro de funcionários.

Cienkie ściany pokoi przez co słychać sąsiadów obok oraz tych z góry rozmowy i nie tylko.. drugiego dnia pobytu równo o 8 obudził mnie dźwięk wiertarki i tłuczenia,nie przeszkadzałoby mj to gdyby to było w późniejszych godzinach a nie z samego rana człowiek przyjeżdża odpocząć i się zrelaksować a nie słuchać tego co w mieście ma na codzień ;)
