Naja, wer keinen 5* Bunker, sondern ein nettes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt sucht, wird gut bedient. 1 Woche Urlaub würde ich dort nicht machen, aber das ist keine böse Kritik, sondern wäre das Hotel dafür auch nicht gemacht

It was beautiful with a beautiful view

Cons:

The staff was horrible. Specifically the lady at the front desk who seems to run everything. She had brown hair and was beyond rude. She made the experience horrible. There were 2 ladies 1 blonde and a brunette. The brunette was rude and acted as if she could care less. She made the entire stay uncomfortable. She was rude to my daughter when she thought I wasn’t looking. Very request seemed to bother her. There was no air conditioning and the screen did not help. The room would get filled with bugs and when I asked for a new room I was denied and she vaccumed them out of the corners where they were accumulating.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, nagyon tetszett a csend, a nyugalom és a friss hegyi levegő. Igazi kikapcsolódást jelentett.

Cons:

Sajnos olyan szobát kaptunk, amely a szálloda belső része felé nézett, így a gyönyörű környezetből és panorámából a szobából nem sokat élvezhettünk. Ez egy kicsit hiányzott az ott-tartózkodásunkból.

Na krátký pobyt dobré.
Pros:

Hotel na vrcholu hory, pokoje čisté, balkon ze kterého nebylo skoro nic vidět, jen do části zahrady. Snídaně velmi dobré.

Cons:

Nepořádek na balkoně, okolí hotelu dost zanedbané, restaurace a nabídka jídel velmi slabá.
