An excellent moderately priced option in Campos do Jordão.
Pros:

Charming hotel with very attentive service, excellent breakfast and good location. Good in site restaurant. Spacious social areas (bar, lounge, library) with wood burning fireplace.
Perfect heating of spaces using hot water radiators.
Parking is excellent with free of charge valet.
Full service mindset.

Cons:

Some rooms have been renovated, others still have not.
I booked 2 rooms: one had a modern bathroom, while the other had an old and quite difficult to enter bathtub/shower combination. Check first if if have mobility issues.
Same for mattresses: some new, some old.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Estacionamente em frente ao hotel. Excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Pedimos um quarto triplo. A cama de casal bem confortável. Porém a cama de solteiro era muito ruim e desconfortável.

Localização excelente. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno. Banheiro antigo. Chuveiro dentro da banheira de bordas altas, tendo uma escadinha improvisada para entrar e sair na banheira. Estava com minha mãe idosa e este banheiro não foi nada funcional e/ou seguro.

Hotel com excelente localização!
Pros:

Gostamos de várias coisas: a localização do hotel excelente, muito próximo da Vila Capivari, o atendimento dos funcionários, foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos e o bar do hotel é bem aconchegante, tem um Jokebox (caixa de som antiga), excelente para um drink após o jantar.

Cons:

a lareira fez um pouco de fumaça próximo ao bar e o ar não ficou muito bom, as instalações do hotel um pouco antigas, precisando de uma reforminha..

Maravilhoso. O hotel, os funcionários, café da manhã maravilhoso. Microondas no corredor do apartamento. Uma copa que facilitou muito para esquentar o leite da minha bebê. E a localização maravilhosa, no centrinho. Muito perto.
