Pros:

Close to many public transport options. Very friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Air-conditioned rooms.

Cons:

Light-sleepers should be aware that the hotel is situated on a main road, outside a bus stop. Bring earplugs if your room faces the street.

Cómodo, limpio y confortable
Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo y la habitación con balcón fue un plus, puedes salir a la terraza a desayunar o simplemente tomar algo por la tarde-noche, a un precio muy económico en Santiago, el personal a demás fue muy amable

I would recommend this hotel as it has all you need for a comfortable stay,
Pros:

The location was very good for walking to the many tourist areas, such as downtown and the BellaVista area. My room was upgraded for a nominal fee which was very nice of them to offer. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The outdoor area on the rooftop did not have a comfortable seating area, this may have been due to the time of year.

A 3 minutes walk to Banquedo Metro station, walking distance to San Christobal Hill ,,,downtown Santiago in minutes via metro , walking distance to shops , market, mini market ,restaurants , nice park across the street, public transportation in chile is the best , I will stay at Casa Mito again next time I go to Chile

Al llegar me cambiaron la reserva, me pasaron una habitación y para ir al baño tenía que salir al pasillo y entrar a un baño aparte, a dos habitaciones de la mía, al final tuve que pagar mucho más por la habitación original que había reservado por booking

El personal es muy amable , principalmente Anibal que nos recibió muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda, la habitación linda, buena ducha y baño impecable y muy funcional. Excelente ubicación

Ótima estadia!
Pros:

Equipe 100% atenciosa. Boas acomodações e localização excelente, perto de metrô, restaurantes e parques. Apesar de não ter café da manhã há uma cozinha disponível. Boa sala de estar com biblioteca. Atmosfera retrô bastante agradável. Também tem terraço para aproveitar o fim de tarde apreciando a vista e movimento da cidade.

Cons:

Não tem café da manhã. Local um pouco ruidoso pois tem a avenida Providência na frente do prédio mas o nosso quarto era para os fundos com vista pras montanhas. Tem uma escola também que faz barulho de dia. Mas nada que atrapalhe.
