Pros:

В пішій доступності від залізничного вокзалу, є власне укриття, приємний персонал, є можливість набирати питну воду в коридорі

Cons:

Дуже маленькі номери, ми ночували лише одну ніч - це не було суттєвою проблемою; ліжка зручні, але маленькі за шириною, і мені здалося що довжина близько 190см, що не зовсім підходить для високих людей. Я уточнила, що більші ліжка лише в номерах Люкс. На стиках дверках душової неприємний оранжевий наліт

Pros:

Хороший сніданок, привітний персонал, чисті номери, кулер з водою на поверсі, швидкий ліфт, 7 хв пішки до метро, є укриття - все дуже добре.

Cons:

Заглючила ключ-карта, що відкриває номер. Три рази її намагались перепрошили, але в кінці-кінців все полагодили, це зайняло трохи часу.

Все відповідає рівню закладу, окрім роботи персоналу з забезпеченням номерів.
Cons:

Я замовляв номер на двох (я та дружина), але комплект рушників був на одну людину і одна пара капців. На ресепшн обіцяли додати рушники та капці, але цього так і не сталося(

Safe, warm, welcoming, happy staff and nice atmosphere.
Pros:

I knew hotel from earlier (6x) visits although more peaceful times. (<2022). Although in city Kyiv under threat, atmosphere was resilient, positive rock/punk-, and welcoming. Young staff was helpful, funny and warm. And yes: the shelter I only needed 1 time for 1,5 hour was good. Beds, coffee, tea, water, and even some colorful children books.

Pros:

Наявність укриття, яке, на щастя, не знадобилось. Сам номер компактний, але зручний.

Cons:

Двері в душі не найзручніші. Не вистачає вентиляції в ванній кімнаті.
