Its an OK hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are small even by Japanese standards.
Pros:

The breakfast was a farce! Not up to anyone's standard of what a buffet breakfast should be. Strange interpretations of Western style dishes done badly. Once was more than enough. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

スタッフさんが部屋のアップグレードを相談してくれるほど丁寧だった。
必ずカウンターのスタッフを複数人になるようにしているようにしているだなと思った。

Good location, rooms are bit old
Pros:

Location is very good. Close to the nightlife, but not ON it. Close to the subway as well. Staff was kind

Cons:

The room had an unpleasant smell when I arrived. My first thought was that the previous guest was a smoker, but the staff told me all their rooms were non-smoking. They couldn't give me another room, so they gave me an air purifier. It didn't solve the problem, but I guess it helped a bit.

Furniture looks a bit dated, but it was comfortable.
