From the hotel: 08:45, 09:15, 09:45, 10:15 and 10:45.

Pros:

夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。食べやすくてとても美味しかったです。何でも親切で過ごしやすかったです。部屋も毎回清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。

スタッフの方々皆さん感じが良かったです。
食事もおいしくいただきました。

ネット予約だったので、思うようにいかなかった点がありました。
（私どもの問題ですが。。。）
食事はおいしく量も女性にはちょうどよかったのですが、男性には少し物足りないかも、と感じました。

京都に良い宿をみつけました。
Pros:

JR駅から遠く少し不便でしたが、駅との送迎バスを適宜配車して下さりとても便利でした。特にスタッフの方（フロント＋送迎バス）の方達の応対が素晴らしく　気持ち良い旅となりました。また機会を作り京都旅行したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Beautiful room, clean and loved the comfortable sheets.

Cons:

Location of hotel was hard to find and google maps took us to a different Sun Members hotel at first. The hotel is far from any tourist spots. Taxi services should be offered from main train stations to hotel throughout the day.
