The breakfast was the only great thing. They had nice staff and good options for breakfast.
The price was extremely high for the quality of hotel that we stayed at. The rooms were not as clean, the property was very dirty. Their elevators were messy and their guest water tasted absolutely terrible. There was no microwave in our suite and it had a loose bathroom handle. Also the coffee machine was missing parts? Not a good stay at all. It’s a very run down place not worth more the 100$ a night, it gave very much motel vibes. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
Truly lives up to its name comfort, and was so peaceful and quiet at night. Bed was so plush and pillow selection was great.

I liked that the room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was pleasant and had soaps and shampoo The breakfast was pretty good and I always love having waffles with breakfast.
My first major disappointment is that there was no pool on the hotel property. It was mentioned that there was a pool on the property when I booked the room on booking.com. I did experience a minor cleanliness issue where I saw a few places that were dirty in my room but it was not terrible. However, I did locate a big roach that was crawling on the bed when I was gathering my belongings to check out. This was alarming and I told the staff at the front desk that they must make sure that the maintenance crew or the exterminator sanitize all of the rooms adequately. Overall my stay was fair or average.

Breakfast was good, and so was exercise room.
They put me in a handicap room, even though I’m not handicap. The faucet was a little stiff when turning on, which may be hard for a handicap person to turn on.
Perfect location with an easy commute to work and quick access to the city. The manager was incredibly helpful, resolving a room issue smoothly and offering a discount.
Highly inconsistent frontline staff. While a few employees are exceptional, others, particularly room service are completely unprofessional and subpar.
