Pros:

地理位置很好，附近就有一蘭跟激安殿堂,走去運河城跟天神地下街也很近,但附近酒店多晚上經過的時候會有煙味,深夜外面也比較喧鬧，床很大 房間空間大

Cons:

沒有客房打掃服務,雖然毛巾還是會替換,每天早上放在門口
但是沒有收垃圾不太方便,要自己拿去電梯口回收垃圾,若前一天有食物放在房間會有味道

Besser ein anderes Hotel nehmen
Pros:

Die Lobby im 12. Stock und der Eingangsbereich unten im Erdgeschoss sind schön.

Cons:

Alles andere. Auf den Fluren hat es schlecht gerochen, mal nach Rauch, mal nach Schweiß. Auch unser Zimmer hat stark nach Schweiß gerochen. Der Geruch ist trotz dauerhaft eingeschalteter Klimaanlage und Luftreiniger nicht weggegangen. Das Zimmer wirkte allgemein alt. Der Fernseher war kein Smart-TV wie in anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse, sondern mindestens 10 Jahre alt. Der Duschkopf im Bad war... gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ungewöhnlich klein und mit hohem Wasserdruck.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Es gab zwar eine gewisse Auswahl, die einzelnen Speisen haben aber nicht gut geschmeckt und waren um 8 Uhr schon kalt (Rührei).
Es gibt zwar Waschmaschinen, die kann man aber nur mit 100 Yen Münzen bezahlen. Aus anderen Hotels waren wir gewohnt, dass man mit der IC-Karte zahlen konnte. Wir haben das Wasch-Trocken-Programm benutzt und unsere Sachen waren trotzdem nass nachher. Auch nach einer zweiten Runde im Trockner waren die Sachen nicht ganz trocken. Die Waschmaschine im obersten Stockwerk haben wir nicht gefunden. Aus anderen Kommentaren haben wir erfahren, dass sie wohl im Spa-Bereich ist (?) - sehr merkwürdig.
Das Personal war z.T. freundlich, allerdings haben wir nach einer Möglichkeit gefragt, unsere Koffer zu unserem nächsten Hotel schicken zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns daraufhin einen (wie sich später herausstellte) falschen Versandschein in die Hand gedrückt und gesagt, wir sollen das zusammen mit dem Mitarbeitern im FamilyMart unten ausfüllen, von wo aus das Gepäck dann auch verschickt wird. Diese schickten uns dann wieder zurück zur Hotelrezeption, aber wenigstens mit dem richtigen Versandschein.
Zuletzt ist die direkte Umgebung vom Hotel nicht sehr schön. Es handelt sich wohl um den Rand des Rotlichtviertels.

Am meisten enttäuscht waren wir von dem Missverhältnis zwischen den stylischen Bildern hier bei Booking und der Realität vor Ort. Man sollte sich nicht davon und den 4 Sternen blenden lassen und am besten ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Good location if you travel to and from the airport but not so good surroundings
Pros:

Good location easy access to the city centre and station. Kind of a dodgy area full of noisy people

Not clean area. Hotel itself wasn’t bad but the surrounding was pretty bad

Prima verblijf in groot zakenhotel
Pros:

Heel prima hotel dicht bij tempels, eettentjes yatai en winkelpromenade. Standaard faciliteiten. Veel toiletartikelen. Aardig personeel. Enige mini minpuntje was dat de kamer bloedheet was toen we kwamen en er even nodig was dat de airco zijn werk deed.

位置超級方便！搭地鐵很近、附近有三間超商加唐吉，勤勞一點天神也走得到～而且房間夠大，雙人房兩個行李箱都可以打開！

Cons:

連住四天還是五天才有打掃一次，覺得有點可惜

如一家四口入住，必定要選最大的房間，保證不會後悔
Pros:

整潔、地點方便、我住進頂層的1401房，房間很大，一出門左邊便是浴場，很方便。

Cons:

酒店附近太多品流複雜的店舖與女生站街，不過這個跟酒店服務沒有直接關係
