Cons:

The breakfast is given in a bag and everyone gets the same!
Ham and cheese bagel, yogurt and pastry. I got a yogurt full of mould. People at the reception never even tried to help when asked for a dairy sandwich. They all said there was nothing to do.

Fine. But probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Location right across from the police station was good. If you have a rental car, you actually will find parking on the block, so that was nice.

Cons:

Rooms felt stark and empty. Not comfortable or nice in any way. Almost like a cheap motel. But the price was much higher than what you'd expect, given those rooms. Lobby also was totally lacking and like a cheap motel

safe neighborhood and easy to get into the city
Pros:

The room was pretty clean but I had to clean the floor each day with a towel. I think they use some kind of Swiffer type thing but the towel was filthy.
The hotel was quiet. We caught the subway in a very nice neighborhood called Carroll Gardens (15 min. walk). We also Ubered a few times.
There is a cute waterfront area close with breweries. And locally, there is a burger bar near and OMG, what a gem of a place. I think is was the Ice House? That was my favorite place to eat in the whole trip.

Cons:

I read about the breakfast when I had made the reservations. It was awful to say the least. I guess they had changed the breakfast this year. They have a nice kitchen downstairs but they were not making it. They were stale turkey sandwich on white bread and American cheese(which is not cheese). Like who wants a stale turkey sandwich for breakfast. Lame. A breakfast burrito would be a better bet for the cost saver that what they served.

Pros:

Perfectly adequate clean room in the nearest hotel to the Brooklyn cruise terminal.
This is a fairly basic hotel. They provide a packed breakfast should you want it.

Cons:

We had to go to a local shop to buy something to eat as the local restaurants only seemed to serve fried food. It is situated in a dock land area.

El lugar esta bien, quizas un poco alejado del metro, pero la habitación y el lugar es muy lindo
Pros:

el lugar es muy calido, la habitacion esta muy bien, tiene una maquina de bebidas y golosinas a buen precio que te saca del paso, ya que no hay tantos comercios proximos,

Cons:

el lugar esta bien, solo que queda un poco lejos del metro, claro que esto es algo que debiera haber visto, a unos 19 minutos caminando, la zona es de muchos talleres de auto

You cannot argue on the cleanness of the facilities. The is a bonus!

Cons:

The service is just not there at all!! I got no help whatsoever in any of my inquiries which were only about the breakfast.
The breakfast was obsolete, we asked for dairy only. We were granted for it one morning only after getting a yogurt full of MOLD!!!!
The pictures show a bar of food, we didn't expect too much but why didn't we have the chance to get a dairy only sandwich for the whole stay, 5 nights!!
The location, it's a quiet neighborhood but the train which is the main means to get to anywhere in nyc is rather far and I would have found it difficult to do if it were just my daughter and I.

BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
Cons:

Terrible experience. We were charged twice for our room, and even after providing proof of the duplicate charge, the hotel refused to resolve the issue or issue a refund. The customer service was extremely poor, and the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. ZERO stars

No me gustó nada

Cons:

El servicio, cuando entramos a nuestra habitación habían las cosas de una persona, el empleado se tardó una hora y 20 minutos en resolvernos y nos enviaron al sótano, le decíamos que nos ayudara y sólo nos decía que teníamos que esperar.
