Cons:

纽约的酒店员工可能跟其它地区的相比，更加实际，公式化，人情味少了。预定的是三人住的两张大床的房间，结果结账的时候，还多收了一个人的额外费用。明明有入住前的双方信息沟通做证明，他们也坚持不退钱。酒店地理位置一般，出行不那么方便。

Pros:

Never stayed-it was canceled on us by hotel

Cons:

We were contacted by hotel manager the morning of the day we were staying, telling us that due to emergency the room has been canceled! We were about to fly out CA to NY arriving late-very upsetting as we had booked and paid well in advance through Booking.com! Looking up the next day rates, they were in $800 per night we had pd 0ver $200-seems like they resold the room for a better profit. We had a cruise ship reservation leaving the next AM so was very stressful! When we arrived in Southampton UK our car we had reserved and paid for through Booking.com was not available despite confirmation numbers for both booking.com and Enterprise-the office had closed over 1 month ago!. Had to take an expensive taxi to next hotel (booked through Booking.com)-very stressful. Have used Booking.com for years-not impressed on this trip. Still waiting for some time of resolution for car rental reimbursement and taxi fare.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and staff was kind. I liked the disposable cups with covers available in the room.

Cons:

It was quite noisy (pipe noises, other rooms, people slamming doors...) and the breakfast didn't have any options. As someone who is gluten intolerant and allergic to milk proteins, I could only eat the fruits.

I wouldn’t stay again in this property.
Pros:

It’s very simple. Location was (30 min ) far from time square where we were planning our activities and uber was expensive (over $100 ) going to main attractions, and ($150) going to the airport. At the end, traffic and cost, I should’ve stayed closer to the attractions I was planning to go.

Cons:

It is an old property. Bathtub titles were very moldy, so the appearance was not too clean. Bed was comfortable enough.

Very loud
Pros:

Location was very convenient for us.

Cons:

The room and surrounding rooms were so incredibly loud it was tough to sleep. Between the acoustics of the hallway hearing other guests to the water randomly rushing through the pipes at all hours, we struggled to sleep even with ear plugs. We were a basement floor room, perhaps higher rooms are less noisy.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Man hatte keine Auswahl sondern hat eine vorgefertigte Tüte bekommen. Nach dem Motto das was da drin ist muss dir schmecken.

Great option for getting to Queen Mary 2. Very friendly reception staff, great restaurants walking distance.
Pros:

Very clean, very helpful front desk staff.
Easy walk to QM2 boarding. Great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Lift wait.
