Everything was Great and loved the peace.

The location is good, room has plenty of space and was clean, bed is comfortable.

Wybraliśmy hotel z uwagi na śniadania, które miały być polecane przez europejskich klientów. Niestety w międzyczasie polityka hotelu musiała się zmienić i dostawaliśmy wyznaczony przydział. Jeżeli to co dostaniecie nie będzie wam odpowiadało to warto porozmawiać z obsługą żeby coś wymienić. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o dodatkowy jogurt nie było żadnego problemu, bo pracują tam bardzo mili ludzie.
This is a basic, clean and quiet hotel. It is out of the way a bit, but we like the price. We stay there quite often when visiting Brooklyn.
Housekeeping didn't come to clean the room until late in the afternoon.
Also, the breakfast has gotten a lot worse. Now, it's a brown bag thing with mediocre bagels which already have cream cheese on them. The previous buffet was much better with more choices.

Brakowało mi przy śniadaniu przynajmniej jednego termosu z wrzątkiem do zaparzenia herbaty. Super , że było do wyboru mleko roślinne :) do kawy .
Prima bedden met een ruime kamer. De mogelijkheid om je auto te parkeren. Metro en veerdienst zijn beide op een goede 15 tot 20 minuten te bereiken.
Het ontbijt was voorheen prima maar nu krijg je een papierenzak met wisselende inhoud. Wij hebben dit als zeer teleurstellend ervaren.

Cellar level rooms are catastrophic, no isolation, humidity is to the max and smell is awful. There is tiny space between room door and its frame, so all noise from the hall will exhaust everyone's tolerance and patience. Workers there are so bad, they would make noise by pushing things through the whole hall, even after warned. All this happens in 1/2/3 am when people try to rest and sleep. I complained about room but staff literally did nothing. They just buy a time until guests leave, by telling how they are sad, and that they will do everything to fix situation. They will not actually. They do not care. I dont recommend this awful place, especially their cellar rooms.
