Bellissimo hotel, nella magnifica santa Margherita ligure. Quando lo lasci senti proprio la sensazione di riposo

Bellissima posizione, ottima colazione
Staff impeccabile

Cons:

Ci sono state molte cose “non dette”, giustificabili ma che se le avessimo sapute prima ci saremmo comportati diversamente
Al momento della prenotazione non sapevamo che la colazione non fosse compresa nel prezzo
I cani hanno un supplemento di addirittura 30 euro ma non puliscono la camera se ci sono dentro (nulla di male, ma doveva essere detto in modo da poterci organizzare in merito)
La nostra camera era piccola e in bagno si formava troppa umidità per asciugare il telo mare - sarebbe meglio che questo venisse offerto dalla struttura o che ci fosse uno spazio per poterlo stendere ad asciugare

Déçue par la prestation qui ne correspond pas à un palace

La déco n est pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles ainsi que les chambres dans l autre bâtiment ( ne correspond pas à un palace )
Nous avions une chambre ( petite ) dans un autre bâtiment au rdc d un immeuble , au dessus d un spa ( petite piscine température élevée , sauna , hamam )
Nous n avons pas pris le petit déjeuner 30€/ personne
Plage 140€ par jour/ personne
Machine à café en panne ( changée sur demande )
