every thing from the location to the staff were excellent could not find a fault.

כשהגענו נתנו לנו חדר 304 עם מקלחת קטנטונת האמורה לשמש ילדים . אדם מבוגר לא יכול להתקלח בה . סירבנו לקבל אותו ואז לקחו אותנו לעוד 4 חד אחרים וניסו להוציא תשלום נוסף … ממש עוגמת נפש בתחילת הטיול . לאחר דין ודברים נתנו לנו חדר קטן יותר עם מקלחת נורמלית . השאלה היא מדוע לא נתנו אותו מההתחלה ללא טיול בין החדרים . מזרון המיטה ישן מאוד ויש בו שקע קבוע … ראו ושימו לב . כל השאר תקין
La literie , les photos de l hôtel ne corresponde pas à la chambre que j avais choisi suite junior même pas la même entrée on rentre sur le côté au fond d’une rue le petit déjeuner payant à 500€ la nuit c est Inadmissible je recommande pas cette hôtel

Everything was perfect. Ground floor room with window at the road not very nice but overall was perfect.
L’emplacement dans la ville était parfait pour des sorties resto et accès au port. Le spa un véritable atout pour occuper les fin de journée et se relaxer
Luminosité très agressive dans les couloirs chambre et salle de bain. Ce qui peut paraître décoratif (contour de porte d’entrée en led qui ne s’éteint jamais) peut rendre une nuit inconfortable lorsque l’on est sensible à la lumière

Forse un po' di più la pulizia all'interno delle stanze e farei una disinfestazione nella zona delle jacuzzi private perchè c'erano numerose zanzare che rendevano difficile utilizzarla
