The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of Muscat. The scenic surroundings, marina views, and overall atmosphere make it a great place to unwind and relax. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with large balconies offering pleasant views. The housekeeping team was attentive, responsive, and did a good job throughout our stay. Overall, the property is clean, comfortable, and ideal for guests looking for a quiet retreat.

Cons:

The biggest drawback of the property is the limited range of facilities and activities available within the hotel itself. Apart from a relatively small swimming pool and a very small kids' club, there is very little to do on-site, especially during the summer months when spending extended periods outdoors is not practical.

The Booking.com description suggests access to facilities such as golf and other recreational activities. However, these facilities are not part of the hotel property and are managed separately by another operator, requiring additional payment by guests. This was not clearly communicated in the listing and may create different expectations for visitors.
