Estancia súper tranquila y cómoda.
Pros:

El personal es súper amable y atentos en todo momento, desde el valet, recepción, cafetería y restaurante, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y darnos soporte en lo que necesitáramos. La habitación muy bonita, camas súper cómodas, nada de ruido en los pasillos, pudimos descansar muy bien, muy, rico el postre de cortesía, también las paletas y el café temprano por la mañana.

Cons:

El baño, aunque muy limpio, requiere ya mantenimiento, por más que se pegaba la cortina y se acomodara la regadera el agua se salía de la bañera y esto puede ser peligroso.
En el restaurante, los alimentos tenían buen sabor, pero nada espectacular, lo mismo que el menú, no había mucho que seleccionar y el precio es bastante alto por una hamburguesa, club sándwich y una sopa. Pienso que para la calidad del hotel el menú podría ser mucho mejor, hasta antojitos locales estarían mejor en la oferta que esto.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

My first night was very noisy. A/C building compressor was located on the roof near my bedroom.
I asked for a change of room and staff change it immediately.

This property does not meet standards expected of a Westin property. While the staff was great and the room was nice, I

The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly.

Cons:

The shower was awful. The controls for the handheld and overhead shower were not working properly. Worse was the dirty water! It was brown!! I mentioned it at the front desk and the controls were repaired when I returned, but the water was still brown.
I had friends staying in other rooms and their water was fine.
