Reasonably priced, but not the same as previous 2 visits. Wont stay there again. No longer Super 8.
Pros:

wasnt the same as years ago. Often ran out of coffee. Garbage can overfilled

Cons:

the older man who was there for 3 days was great. Efficient courteous, kind. The younger fella did the bare minimum. The room by the breakfast area no longer held a couple of computers or a printer which used to be handy for printing off flight info or checking internet. Initial impression enterring Hotel was a laundry junk room window on left showing off mess, Could use curtains. Guest info in room was extremely out of date. referred to things no longer there, like 2 different restaurants , one with western food etc. Now just 2 Japanese restaurants. Breakfast used to have muffins etc but now just 2 kinds of cereal, bread, bagels and yogurt with coffee tea and milk and 2 fruit juices.. No cleaning lady on one day. Exterrier not being kept up .

Great venue , great staff. Could use a little bigger breakfast but it wasn't too bad.
Pros:

Everything was great. Running and yelling kids in hallway but by 10pm they settled down for the whole night so all was good.

Cons:

Nothing.

Tried to get a partial refund at check out, for mentioned deficiencies, but to no avail.
Pros:

Did not use any of the "extras".

Cons:

1. Could not get television to work. Had front desk attendant come in twice to attempt to get tv operational, but to no avail. Spent entire evening with no television.
2. Room telephone was inoperative, totally dead. Front desk attendant indicated at first repair tech. would be called. No one ever showed up to repair. After second attempt to go see front desk, we were told line was disconnected? Not acceptable.
3. Tried to get partial refund during check out but to no avail.
Just found out they double billed. me. charged for 2 nights not one. No credit received yet.

Cons:

Room smelled like cigarettes, linen on bed was grey and didnt appear clean. Bathroom had urine on bottom of toilet , from previous guest? The room faced the lounge , lots of noise from lounge.
