Absolutely top rate.
Pros:

Bali Palms Resort, was located in my opinion, centrally. Easy walking distance to warungs, restaurants and supermarket. Restaurants provided transport (pick up and return) free of charge. Staff were very knowledgeable regarding what was on offer. Live music provided at resort was fantastic. Prices quite reasonable also.

Lunch and evening dining quality was only ok.

Pros:

Uitzicht was heel mooi.

Cons:

Veel trappen lopen en de slechte staat van onderhoud en meubilair.. Handdoeken oud en grijs.

If you want to be out of the usual Bali craziness, this is a great place to be.
Pros:

Great place to stay if you're ok with being away from the hustle and bustle of the central shopping areas. The staff and locals were great. Nice area, tidy rooms and the food was amazing.

Cons:

Constant harassment to invest was mentally draining. The locals were of two extremes...Russian Bimbo's or Retirement Village elders.

What a great place! Fantastic location , quiet, clean and like a tuscan resort.
Very peaceful with manicured gardens.
The rooms are clean and have good facilities. I really liked the big balcony.

Pros:

Staff lovely, helpful, respectful, polite and non intrusive. Location perfect on the water (not a swimming area) sea breeze beautiful. View from the balcony perfect for those early morning coffees waking up slowly listening to the bird life wake up. A good range of food and drinks at the bar and restaurant. Most of all the pool was superb. Large, cool and very clean. Rooms are a bit tired but very clean and comfortable. Sad to leave but hope to return
