A peaceful stay, and a resting place inbetween the adventurous activities performed.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, always alert to take requests. Food was great too, especially their chicken items like chicken chowmein, boneless chicken.
They arranged for all of my important transports without a hassle and helped me to pay for all using my credit card, something rare in Nepal.

Cons:

Basically nothing to dislike. Maybe they can include complimentary breakfast.

The bathroom was not clean as per my expectation. Light of the room is not enough.The manager made a rent of car heading to muktinath. The service was very unprofessional and unexpected.

All the staff are very friendly and very supportive. It gives you the feeling that you are really welcome as a person instead of a customer.
The breakfast (lot of choices) is the best start of the day.

Mold nightmare & worst service

Nothing besides the location

Cons:

It was a mold nightmare and the toilet wouldn't flush. The room was small and the AC was filthy. Avoid at all costs. The front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He lacked communication skills and kept telling us things last minute. When we brought up the room issues to him, he was ignoring us until we showed him pictures of the mold in the room and bathroom. It seemed like he couldn't fully understand English. We ended up moving out ASAP because I was getting sick from the mold.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einem sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit gutem Service und freundlichem Personal durch die Reihe weg! Jede Frage wurde mit Geduld beantwortet, sehr hilfsbereite Leute. Manches Problem wurde uns hier abgenommen (Währungstausch, Shuttle zum Flughafen, Taxibestellung usw).
Das Frühstück war lecker und vollkommen ausreichend.
Die Lage in Thamel optimal für Ausflüge!

Ideal para ir a descansar a Pokhara
Pros:

Buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando al centro turístico de la ciudad, cerca del lago. El personal atento, la habitación buena y con vista al monte Annapurna y al Fishtail.
