Pros:

The place was close to several modes of public transportation, it was easy to get to the city center. There wasn't too much noise from the streets at night.

Cons:

When we booked the room, we wanted one large bed, but after paying everything, we got an email saying that they are not able to provide a large bed, but will try to resolve the problem. In the end, we got two separate beds in the two sides of the room. Also, it wasn't very obvious that the bathroom and toilet is communal with 5 other rooms.

Pros:

Posizione ottima in pieno centro vicino a varie fermate della metro, al Rathaus e in una via tranquilla anche la notte. Colazione ottima, varia e super abbondante. Vicino si trova anche un supermercato, un negozi di alimentari, vari bar e locali dove mangiare. La camera ed il bagno molto puliti e forniti del necessario. Ottimo l'asciugacapelli in stanza.
No condizionatore ma un ventilatore in stanza.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di parcheggiare le biciclette in un luogo sicuro.

Wien tolle Stadt, der Pension selbst nicht schlecht aber konnte etwas Verbesserung vertragen.

Die Lage ist top, freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Keine Klimatisierung, wir haben ein kleines Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vermisst. Frühstück ziemlich einseitig.

Nice location
Pros:

Although not on suite, The shower was fantastic, apart from the holder for the shower head being broke.
Location was good

Cons:

Not having a toilet in the room wasn't ideal.
The member of staff who did the breakfasts was obviously not a morning person.
I would like to say nothing was too much trouble for him... But it plainly was.
