Great accommodation at the heart of Chania
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome immediately. The location in the old town of Chania is great, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the old town. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and the next beach is not far away, either. My room was nice and clean, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Cons:

There unfortunately was no shower curtain in my bath room, so the room always got a little bit wet when showering.

The hotel was incredibly well-kept, with a real, non-forced, cretan vibes. I particularly enjoyed the bathtube and the bed

Ο θόρυβος της κεντρικής πόρτας.
Στο πρωινό έπρεπε να επιλέξω ανάμεσα σε καφέ ή σε πορτοκαλάδα....έχω ταξιδέψει σε όλο το κόσμο και σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία 4 αστέρων....δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί ποτέ αυτό....τι κόστος έχει ο καφέ αμερικάνο....

Pros:

L'unica cosa buona era la posizione in pieno centro. Considerando che è molto difficile parcheggiare e perfino scaricare le valige.

Cons:

La camera non si trovava nell'edificio principale ma in una dependance. L'accesso attraverso una scala rapidissima difficile da percorrere con le valige. La camera vecchio stile con il tetto in legno credo riverniciato da poco e quindi odore impossibile nella stanza. Obbligatorio tenere le finestre aperte. Aria condizionata direttamente sul letto impossibile da usare. Bagno piccolissimo fatiscente. Scarico difettoso e vasca vecchio stile per fare la doccia si allaga il bagno. L'edificio ha altre stanze al pino superiore con accesso con scala in legno rumorosissima così come rumoroso il portone di ingresso rumore ad ogni accesso impossibile riposare. Chiesa greco ortodossa (credo) attaccata con campane a pochi metri che alle 7 alle 8 è alle 9 suonano all'impazzata. Inoltre preghiere (una specie di lagna) continue dalle 7 alle 10. Poi la cosa tremenda la colazione servita in un locale adiacente che funge da bar bistrot per tutti! Cornetti del discount immangiabili (tenendo presente che hanno il forno e sfornano lieviti che vendono al pubblico). Le uova non siamo riusciti a mangiarle fritte in olio scadente e senza alcun sapore. L'unica cosa lo yogurt buono con ka frutta. Possibilità di prendere solo un caffè all'americana se si vuole altro è un supplemento di prezzo. Abbiamo comunque chiesto un cappuccino che era terribile. La proprietaria (credo) una donna con i capelli corti bianchi veramente scostante sgradevole. Beh che altro dire.... Struttura da evitare che non capisco come booking abbia preso in carico! Ho visto i commenti su Google a posteriori che sono piuttosto elocquenti.

Great location, not a hotel and dont pay for extra breakfast.
Pros:

I like the location and the very spacious room, that is more like a little apartment.

Cons:

The fact that the breakfast is the same every single day, so if you stay 4 days you will be eating the same. The room/apartment is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Its not a hotel just a small apt that is rented in an older building, which deserves 2 maximum 2.5 stars. Hotels with 4 star looks way better.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum und nahe zum Hafen war sehr gut. Ansonst hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Dusche könnte etwas größer sein, zumindest für mich.

Well, free airport taxi costs 50e each way. The church is just next to. Its to noisy.
Nobady announced that the room is in other building, you get direction but think its Google mistake because you have no idea there is 2 parts of hotel.
