It was clean in the room.
On arrival I had booked double room and requested ground floor as previously I had stayed and they put me in a triple room because I have a baby and obviously a pram and bearing in mind they was only myself with one child. So the receptionist told me I was on the 4th floor and the lift doesn't work and hasn't for years, so I asked if they was anything she could do in terms of changing rooms or even some help with my bags seen as I had my baby to carry and I was told no even though I said id wait until she was free and they was a young lad their aswell. So I thought I'm not going to make it up all them steps with all my stuff and baby in hand. So in the end up I had to pay DOUBLE the original amount to stay in a room on the first floor which was for 4 people, which I thought was ridiculous she knew I couldn't manage the top floor so prayed on that by getting double the money I had originally paid. I had stayed previously too so I would of thought me coming back again and knowing the situation wasn't really my fault that they could of either helped me or gave me the other room for the same amount or even paying a little bit more for it. Then upon walking into the room, well compared to the previous room Is was not nice. The headboard were broken the little room with the double bed in was the size of the prison cell then the other room (which didn't have a door and the one with the two single beds didn't have a TV in in. The view from the room was terrible it was just rubbish and bricks etc I had as much view. I won't be stopping here again, and it is quite sad as I visit Blackpool a lot and when I came last time I thought the room for the price etc was lovely and thought to myself this could be my go to when I come to Blackpool but it won't be.
The room was in a good location, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was cleaned even though it was shared.
The staff were amazing especially Lisa on reception.had a right laugh with her and she was really helpful!
The room was amazing for the price, towels smelt really good bathroom was good size.pillows were comfortable! Good location and not loud like some other hotels I've stayed at!

Don’t understand why they charged 60 pounds deposit. Guest comes for sleep and comfort not for stealing or damage the property. After checked out we waited more then 30min to get my 60 pounds deposit
No lift working
They charged 15 pound cash for overnight parking.

The bed room that we was in was right next to a landing door that was used to access the rooms all night long slamming really really load an then someone in two rooms down he battered the hell out of his bird an she was smashing the room up an nothing was done about it at all it went one for like 3 hours an the noght staff just sat an watched all an never wrong the police to help the lady that was getting badly hurt so the other women that was there she was the one to call em an she was a guest toooooo ill never return ever to that place is a noooooooo noooooo

Very nice property, clean and nicely decorated bedroom. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Big place for the price. Was let down by a different place so book here last moment. Staff was so helpful and understanding. Helped me with a phone charger when my phone died. Would definitely recommend many thanks
