Un endroit agréable mais pas au niveau attendu
Pros:

Le lieu est très beau, les villas sont grandes, bien conçues et la décoration est très chouette. Le personnel est très aimable et rend service dès que possible.

Cons:

Il y a un décalage entre le standing des villas et les services, le petit-déjeuner est moyen avec du thé de mauvaise qualité et le café pas bon. Pas de possibilité de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur sauf une fois, c'est dommage. La villa n'était pas très propre, la literie était très dure au niveau du matelas et les oreillers très plats, une des douches fonctionnait une fois sur deux et n'était pas étanche (et avec des cafards dedans !!). Nous avons voulu prendre le late check out mais l'hôtel ne pouvait pas le confirmer avant la veille, pas très pratique.

Terrible hotel - do not stay
Pros:

The only benefit this place has is the location being near 2 great golf courses

Cons:

The bad reviews sum it up. This is in no way a 5 star hotel. Our room was in terrible condition, hot water didn’t work, smell of sewage lingers and is in a time warp. We stayed at the fairmont before this hotel and different leagues. Save your money and look elsewhere.

صالة الرياضه غير جيد جدا جدا ازعاج العمال بالفلل المجاوره وعدم خصوصية الفلل اثناء تواجد العمال وقد ذكرت هذا للاستقبال ولم اجد اجابه

Pros:

J’ai adoré le cadre, la tranquillité, le petit-déjeuner et surtout le service, qu’on ne trouve vraiment nulle part ailleurs. Une expérience exceptionnelle ! ❤️

Cons:

Le mobilier de la villa est un peu modeste et assez minimaliste, il manque quelques éléments pour rendre l’espace plus chaleureux et confortable.

De plus, la piscine n’est pas bien entretenue

Très déçus ! À éviter ! Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le concept est top mais tout a mal vieilli.

Cons:

La vétusté . Le manque de propreté . Les avions toute la journée .
De plus Monsieur TARIK MOHAMED a été irrespectueux. Suite à un problème avec un plat du restaurant : « dorade » mentionné sur la carte , 1 petit filet à l’arrivée , il nous a demandé si on connaissait le prix de la dorade au marché et s’en est allé !
Il nous a reproché d’avoir réclamé des cartouches de nespresso ! Nous en avons eu 4 pour tout le séjour .Pour un complexe noté 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 c’est inadmissible !
Compliments à l’équipe du restaurant était adorable et à Mr BEMAN très professionnel

God service, bra behandling i spa og hyggelig betjening.
Pros:

Rolig, god service. Rent og eget basseng. Deilig og billig spa.

Cons:

Kvaliteten på restauranten, det var god frokost, men dårligere utvalg på middag og lunsj. Treningsrommet var mangelfullt.

Disappointing
Pros:

Quite disappointed with our stay. Do not expect the usual 5* standards.
Management does not really care about your complaint, the rest of the staff is really nice.

Cons:

- lots of things in the villa was not working (TV, Kettle, coffee machine, no pool towels given for all…) we has to call multiple times to request things and sometimes never received it.
- breakfast is an absolutely chaos, mostly on weekends, you have to wait for everything and you might have Space to sit. Quality of food is really average.
- Villa are beautiful with potential, but needs refurbishment
- Spa service and quality far form 5* standards
