Ótima localização, preços acessíveis c recepção simpática e educada.
Pros:

Minha primeira vez em Curitiba e a hospedagem me atendeu perfeitamente. Custo benefício muito alto, localização privilegiada, quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis, mas quero deixar a minha satisfação completa com a recepção que foi nota 10, em especial a Priscila e a Denise que nos atenderam com muita simpatia, Em Setembro retornarei a Curitiba e já sei onde me hospedar. Recomendo.

Muito satisfeita com tudo!
Pros:

Limpeza, a Esthefania é muito caprichosa, sempre que me hospedo, os quartos cheirosos, limpos e muito organizados, assim como os banheiros.

As meninas da recepção são maravilhosas, profissionais simpáticas, gentis, muito bem educadas e treinadas.
Sou muito bem atendida sempre que venho por todas, mas tenho muita gratidão pela Denise, Fernanda e Priscila.

Pros:

O hotel é bem básico é para quem procura economia com praticidade. Logo quando chegamos ofereceram um quarto que não nos agradou muito, mas a recepção resolveu prontamente sem dificuldades, no mais achei confortável o espaço como um todo, bem localizado, no centro de Ctb. Meu quarto tinha uma visão legal da cidade. O pessoal da recepção são bem prestativos e acolhedores. A limpeza do ambiente e do quarto caprichada. O café da manhã é muito bom, diversificado. Segunda vez que me hospedo lá. Nota 8/10

Alguns quartos que parece porão, sem ventilação e cheira a mofo, foi o que nos ofereçam de primeira , mais aí conseguir trocar sem problemas. Alguns detalhes também no prédio que é antigo e precisa de reparos, tipo o elevador que volta e meia parava.

Hotel no geral é péssimo, neste período do ano ( inverno) não tinha cobertor e a recepção disse que a lavanderia não tinha entregue ainda( 21:00)
