Cons:

As fotos do anúncio não condizem com a realidade da hospedagem. O quarto entregue era totalmente diferente e inferior ao reservado: mobília desgastada, cobertores antigos, janelas velhas/enferrujadas e banheiro com pia escura, fiação/tubulação exposta e metais gastos. Na recepção, informaram que não havia disponibilidade para troca e que este problema já tinha acontecido antes. O suporte também não resolveu sem cobrar taxa extra. Experiência péssima e total descaso com o cliente.

Ótimo custo benefício e atenção especial dos funcionários.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa.
O café da manhã é bom, mas dessa vez por motivos pessoais não pude aproveitar.
Várias vezes me hospedo nesse hotel e já me sinto em casa.
Tive infecção alimentar e passei mal quase a viagem toda. A equipe da recepção me deu uma atenção mais que especial.
