Decepção
Pros:

Da organização e arrumação das camareiras.

Cons:

A cama de casal na verdade são 2 colchões de solteiros que são colocados juntos, quando vc deita no meio da cama ela se abre, extremamente desconfortável!!!
Reservei 2 quartos, paguei 11h antes do horário do check-in e não reservaram os 2 no mesmo andar, qdo cheguei mais tarde para pegar as chaves, me disseram que estava tudo lotado. Achei um descaso!!!
Café da manhã mto básico para um padrão slaviero.
O banheiro está com o rejunte extremamente encardido, da uma sensação de sujeira.
A Internet é mto ruim, tive mta dificuldade de me manter conectado para mandar uma simples msg.

Atendimento impecável de todas as pessoas que trabalham lá. O café da manhã tem uma infinidade de opções muito saborosas e bem apresentadas. A limpeza do local é realmente impressionante, principalmente do banheiro que é algo que sempre acho algo inadequado.

Cons:

A cama se move com alguma facilidade, então pessoas desastradas como eu frequentemente mudam o colchão de lugar, mas tudo certo. O secador não é muito potente, mas nada que desonre a estadia maravilhosa.

hotel bem localizado e com um café da manhã delicioso!

gostei muito da localização do hotel e também do atendimento na recepção, desde o check in até para nos ajudar a solucionar duvidas. o café da manhã é delicioso apenas achei que os funcionários que trabalham no café da manhã um pouco barulhentos. lençóis e toalhas de banho bons.

Cons:

o controle do ar condicionado e da tv não estavam funcionando muito bem, acredito que seja necessário trocar as pilhas!

Hotel bem localizado, quarto reformado e super confortável. Café da manhã bem honesto e com boas opções.

Cons:

Demora no check-in devido ao sistema lento e, no café da manhã com maior movimento, a demora na reposição dos alimentos e aparelhos (xícaras, copos, etc). Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

Pros:
