Hotel confortável e boa localização
Pros:

O quarto é confortável, café da manhã excelente e localização ótima, no meu caso, que precisava estar perto do Hospital de Clínicas. Uma gentileza que nos foi feita foi que, mesmo sem estar aberto o café da manhã, no nosso checkout, nos serviram um café de máquina e pão de queijo.

Cons:

Ligamos para saber se no hotel teríamos a possibilidade de almoçar, sendo informado que sim. Mas chegando lá, não foi possível almoçar mesmo que fosse pedido um lanche. Estávamos em 7 pessoas e nos informaram que cada prato necessitaria de 20 minutos para ser entregue e seria feito um por vez., isto é, demoraria mais de 2 h para todas almoçarem.

Acho que poderia ter uma tomada bem ao lado da cama para a pessoa usar o celular e ficar deitada na cama ao mesmo tempo. O colchão já está bem torto de tanto uso. Acho que poderia ter edredons para pessoas que possuem rinite alérgica, sinusite entre outros.

Minha experiência no hotel foi maravilhosa!
O café da manhã é espetacular, com bastante variedade e tudo muito gostoso. O quarto é aconchegante, confortável e estava muito bem limpo. Também quero destacar a atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários, que foram sempre muito solícitos durante nossa estadia.
No geral, achei que o hotel oferece um excelente custo-benefício e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.
Como sugestão, apenas deixaria uma observação em relação ao café da manhã: como o horário vai até às 10h, seria interessante manter a reposição dos itens até o encerramento do horário. Em um dos dias chegamos por volta das 9h45 e alguns alimentos já não estavam sendo repostos, o que acabou limitando um pouco as opções.
De modo geral, foi uma ótima experiência e saímos muito satisfeitos com a estadia. Recomendo!

Talvez uma atenção especial à reposição do café da manhã até às 10h deixasse a experiência ainda melhor...

Cons:

Barulho no ar condicionado... pedi para substituir o quarto em função de barulho na máquina condensadora e fui prontamente atendido.

Mas para minha surpresa, no quarto novo, também fazia ruído alto para dormir.
