Nos sentimos super a vontade e bem, conseguimos descansar todas as noites.
Pros:

Os recepcionistas Edmilson e Samuel foram muito simpáticos em todo o período em que estivemos hospedados, café da manhã muito bom, boa limpeza dos quartos, local bem silencioso, não tivemos problemas durante nossa hospedagem.

Cons:

Uma pena não servir refeições, principalmente no jantar. Do mais tudo ok.

Quarto da frente para rua... Barulho. Banheiro Água quente boa. Sujidade e mofo em azulejo. Cheiro ruim no banheiro. Pia nao escoava água adequadamente. Ou seja o banheiro tira muito da avaliação da reserva que poderia ter uma avaliação bem melhor.

Nunca mais vou nesse hotel devido a falta de água quente no chuveiro. Tomei banho gelado.
Pros:

O local é bom, localização boa, café da manhã bonzinho, cama limpa e sem ácaro.

Cons:

Mas o chuveiro não funcionou corretamente. Não teve água quente. Por isos, no frio de Curitiba, não ter um banho quente é terrível. "Ah, mas problemas acontecem". Entretanto em Curitiba isso é inaceitável devido ao frio.

Localização (Se você tem compromisso na PUC é possível chegar à pé em 5 minutos).

Cons:

Instalações antigas, camas com formigas.
Pernilongos noturnos.
ATENÇÃO NA ESCOLHA DO QUARTO - Não notei no momento da reserva e nos alocaram em um quarto dos poucos quartos sem ar condicionado, com ventilador antigo e barulhento (mesmo valor dos demais).

Perto se precisar fazer algo na PUC

Cons:

Tinha reservado um quarto com 3 camas que era o que tinha no anuncio, apesar de ser uma pessoa só. Ganhei um quarto de 1 cama e de um box minúsculo (sério, muito pequeno). O banheiro e quarto aparentavam ser bem antigos, bem difernte do anúncio. Precisam modernizar.
