Primeira experiência nessa unidade Slaviero foi muito válida. Voltaria com certeza.
Pros:

A localização é excelente e o quarto que ficamos parecia novo, pois passou por reforma recentemente. O café da manhã é muito bom e as refeições também são de qualidade e quantidade. Garagem com manobrista no próprio edifício facilita tudo para quem utiliza carro como transporte.

Cons:

Por ter passado por reforma recente, a janela do box do BWC está com vidro transparente e o vidro fosco foi instalado indevidamente na janale sobre o lavatório, qaue possui persiana. Precisa corrigir (comentado com portaria e camareita). Instabilidade no wi-fi.

Para o padrão Slaviero, este hotel deixa a desejar. Precisa de reformas e atenção com detalhes.
Pros:

Ficava bem perto do local onde fui trabalhar, PUCRS, cerca de 10 minutos. Os colchões eram novos e confortáveis, a roupa de cama era limpa e higienizada.

Cons:

O banheiro precisava de uma reforma urgente. Os rejuntes do box do banheiro estavam bem escuros, encardidos, passando a ideia de um banheiro sujo e antigo, ainda que estivesse higienizado. A torneira da pia estava frouxa, precisando de reparos, assim como o chuveiro. Solicitei um prato do restaurante, um simples cheeseburguer, e a comida não veio boa: a carne veio tão passada que chegava a estar queimada por fora. Solicitei que retirassem o prato logo quando acabei, e o pessoal do restaurante foi embora sem retirar. O staff da recepção não foi de todo gentil. À noite, a senhora que atendia na recepção se mostrou impaciente porque eu precisei de ajuda para ajustar o controle do ar condicionado e porque reclamei que o prato não havia sido retirado até aquela hora (mais de 22h). Achei o atendimento fraco para o que o hotel se propõe. Eu havia acabado de voltar de uma viagem, de Porto Alegre, e, pelo mesmo valor, me hospedei em um hotel com mais conforto e melhor atendimento.
