Very pleasant stay and brillant reception staff.
Pros:

The hotel itself is stylishly decorated; the room was comfortable and Olga at reception was absolutely brillant. She was welcoming, friendly and very helpful in trying to help us sort out some administrative issues.

Cons:

we got a bit of noise from the highway below the hotel.

Pros:

Exceeded our expectations. Amazing green location around, sophisticated detail. Very good boutique rather than a genuine 5-star, but you get all you need. Nice restaurant, spa, amazingly helpful staff - thanks Nataliya, Olga and Maria!

Siamo stati benissimo e torneremmo sicuramente con grande piacere!
Pros:
