A comfortable and well-located hotel with a fantastic spa, spacious rooms, and genuinely friendly staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s relatively small, which gives it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Lakeside and close to everything you need in Pokhara.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. I only tried the breakfast, but it offered a good variety of options and was more than enough to start the day.

A special mention to the spa, which was fantastic and one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and very helpful throughout.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the bed and pillows were a bit firmer than I personally prefer but overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Excellent
Pros:

Was like a little paradise in the middle of Pokhara. I had no expectations, but this place blew everything away, it was absolutely fantastic. Especially the service, quality of the food and rooms.

Staff do very well at being engaging but still letting you have your space, absolutely perfect service staff.

Food at the restaurant is both affordable and of some of the best quality I've had in Nepal.

The spa services were very good, and the rooms were of decent western 4 star standard.

Cons:

Literally nothing bad to say, it was fantastic. As a 4 star hotel 10/10, as a 5 star hotel, 5-6/10.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Slept like babes. We were treated like family. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet. Fantastic restaurant menu. Ask if they don't have what you want and they'll go out of their way to provide it. Lush green spaces to relax or eat in. Spa facilities were excellent. Used them a lot. They are opening another, called Hotel Lumen a few 100 yds away. We'll be booking there for our next visit.

Great place to unwind and relax
Pros:

Beautifully layed out and very clean. Room was lovely and staff were very helpful. Easily wallabies to lakeside

Cons:

Noisy Indians in hotel next door around 5.30 am each morning

Pros:

Osebje hotela je bilo izjemno ustrežljivo in prijazno. Soba točno taka kot na slikah. Zajtrk je bil dovolj raznolik, zraven pa so stregli izredno dobro kavo, ne tipične hotelske. Vsekakor priporočam!

Great place to stay in Pokhara
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant for lunch or dinner was also very good. If I get the chance to return to Pokhara, this is definitely where I would return to. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike!
