Pros:

Friendly staff. Youtube app available in the TV.

Cons:

I didn't like the room, it was way more different that what the pictures shows. Room looks old. I had to change hotels because I didn't feel comfortable inside of it. The AC started leaking water and making weird noise, I had to turn it off. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. No laundry available inside hotel, but there's one laundromat across the street in front of the hotel. The hotel food was mid, I had high expectations of it which is why I got disappointed.

Claudia’s the best! She gave us tips and advice on where to go, what to see, and how to get there.
The breakfast and general hotel restaurant food was incredible. Honestly worth missing out on a meal in KL

Cons:

The rooms are pretty bare bones. Just enough room for a bed and a walkway to the bathroom - this is fine for most backpackers who only need a bed, but if you’re looking for a proper hotel room, they’re a bit small.

Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable. Very accessible with monorail and MRT stations in walkable distance. 7/11 and many cute cafés close buy! The restaurant downstairs is good too. Syaff is super friendly.

Cons:

City view rooms are quiet loud at night, with lots of car noise and a busy street up front. I brought earplugs so it didn't bother me much.

Clean, comfortable, minimalist stay, great for 1-2 nights.
Pros:

Location was really solid, also very close to the Sultan Ismail train stop. Staff was super helpful, helped me figure out a slight booking issue with no stress. Rooms were very simple, yet clean and comfortable. Perfect for a solo 1/2 night trip.

Cons:

No issues. Would have been nice to have access to some facilities, but for the price and value, really cannot complain.
