Not bad but needs improvement
Pros:

Everything besides the Parking, it is very far.
Their food was so nice

Cons:

Parking and the Receptionist was so unfriendly, we got there while she was busy talking with her colleague instead of stopping whatever she was doing and help us out we had to wait for them finish their conversation

Love the venue, just a few niggles to sort out.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No hot water for showering. The carpets could've been vacuumed before I booked in. The last person's soap still on the basin. No new soap for me to use. No shuttle service available for short distance to Morningside Shopping Centre for dinner.

I was very impressed about the cleanliness and the spacious rooms . Breakfast was good.The lady by the name of Barbara gave us excellent service .
