スタッフの対応は人による。問題解決まで寄り添ってくれたスタッフがいつ一方、決められて業務を淡々とこなすスタッフもいる。到着時は遅くなってしまったが、とても明るく迎えてくれ食事の心配からスリッパの心配までしてくれた。
自転車を借りたが明らかに身長の低い人にも男性共有サイズを機械的にアサイン。足が届かない旨申し出ると別のスタッフが最後まで確認してくれ、独特な鍵の使い方まで丁寧に説明してくれた。職場内での接客への温度差を感じた。
Frühstück: große Auswahl, sehr vielseitig. Es gab eine Laktose-Glutenfreie Ecke, dann auch vegane Waffeln. Im Frühstücksraum gab es eine Spielecke für Kinder und eine Rampe für Rollstühle. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage top, wir sind nur zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Die Betten und Bettwäsche waren ein Traum, noch nie so gut geschlafen in einem Hotel.
Die Klimaanlage die, die ganze Zeit automatisch über rin System läuft und nicht selbst bedienbar ist.

Die zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Das unaufdringliche und trotzdem sehr freundliche Personal! Würde ich immer wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Hamburg komme.
Leider gibt es nur Frühstück und kein Restaurant. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück mit Bioprodukten.
