Pros:

Dont know how to describe the place... just peaceful... pure beauty.. Swiss hospitality at its peak (special thanks to Fynn ) at a surprisingly reasonable price (still expensive but compared to surrounding hotels very good value). Room is very very beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious ( we stayed in a family room for 4). Hiking trails are perfect. Food.is fresh and amazing. Restaurant design is wonderful. Truly upscale feeling. There is a nice spa and closed swimming pool. Parking is free and on-site. 8 minutes from Gstaad but honestly it is in a beautiful location. Went to Gstaad only once. Staff is ultra helpful and friendly.

Cons:

None! Definitely staying there again.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location, right next to Saanenmöser train station and only about 15 minutes by train from Gstaad. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. I would happily stay here again.

The perfect hotel to explore the area around Gstaad
Pros:

We were so impressed with the hotel, its facilities and the wonderful staff.
Sadly we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely stay there again.

Excellent service, great hotel.
Pros:

Outstanding service. Staff was extremely well prepared, knew what we had booked, and really were bending over backwards to meet our expectations. The room we had chosen was very nice - we saw the room my daughter had booked for her family, and that was really great. The food is excellent. The wine list has many wines from Switzerland plus a great selection of other countries. And very important: the prices for the wines are more than fair.

Cons:

Our room was a tiny bit small for us with the dog. But it was fine.
