• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Good, but
Pros:

O hotel é extramamente bem localizado, do lado do Shopping Estação. Já nos hospedamos várias vezes nele, mas decidimos que não nos hospedaremos mais, pelo fato de que os quartos já sentem o peso da idade e precisam, definitivamente, serem reformados.

Quartos necessitam ser reformados. Outdated.

Confortável e muito bem localizado, porém precisa de melhor gestão!

Conforto das camas, bom nível de silencio, excelente café da manhã

Cons:

Fui recebido com bolada e barulho. Ocorria uma festa infantil e crianças chutavam bola na recepção do hotel. Festa da neta do dono foi o que ouvi.

Estacionamento não é self service, é gosto pessoal, mas não gosto de depender de manobrista!

Chaves desmagnetizam rapidamente.

Pros:

Quarto, cama, banheiro e armário muito grandes e espaçosos. Roupas de cama e banho muito boa e limpas. A mesa e tv na anti-sala ajudam muito. Amenities e secador muito bons. Café da manhã ótimo e bem servido tudo sempre fresquinho. Equipe simpática e prestativa. O shopping ao lado ajuda muito, pois tem várias opções de alimentação e lojas e por ser uma antiga estação é lindo, vale a visita. Ao lado também tem um ótimo mercado, Habbis e Subway para quem gosta. Ficamos no quarto virado para o fundo, muito silencioso. O quarto, roupas de cama e banho estavam extremamente limpos. O saguão, bar e espaço para café da manhã são lindos. Pedimos sanduíches no quarto a noite e achei bem gostoso. Chuveiro maravilhoso, tanto a pressão como a temperatura. Possui tomadas e iluminação ao lado da cama, o que ajuda muito. Deixaram uma garrafa de água como cortesia, achei bacana. Voltaria e indico com certeza.

Cons:

Apesar de muitas pessoas gostarem, eu não curto banheira, e acho difícil entrar e sair para tomar banho. A cama poderia ser um pouquinho melhor. O sofá cama para um adulto não atende é desconfortável e faz barulho, mas nosso filho de 6 anos dormiu bem. A porta que dava acesso lateral estava quebrada, dificultando o acesso com malas.

Comprei pelo booking, já com impostos e taxas inclusos e valor a mais pelo pet, pois bem, na hora da chegada queriam me cobrar taxas e a diária do per novamente, tive que encontrar minha reserva no booking para mostrar pois eles nao consultam nada e MAISSSSS, pasmemmmm, PODE LEVAR O PER COM A DIÁRIA PAGA E NAOOOOO PODE DEIXAR O PET NO QUARTO SOZINHO!!!!!
Fala serio, saímos no dia seguinte cedo para encontrar outro local para ficar, pois fomos a trabalho e se tivessem informado tao ez não levássemos nosso cãozinho
E MAI, tinha mosquito no quarto, fui picada varias vezes durante a noite
