According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, to travel, the minor does not need authorization, or a general authorization can be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancelation/no-show policy for the period.
• The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit's reception by phone or email.

Limpeza do banheiro, apesar de recepção quarto limpos o banheiro estava a desejar, encontramos um sabonete do hóspede anterior que ficou no banheiro nas duas diárias que permanecia no hotel , apesar de eu ter avisado duas vezes nada foi feito.

O café da manhã é muito completo, quartos amplos, e a equipe muito simpática e solícita. Tudo limpo!
Achei o quarto diferente do que o reservado. O banheiro tinha uma banheira muito ruim, bem antiga, que tornava o banho (sinceramente) difícil. Água não esquentava direito.
Além disso, muito barulho.

A acomodação foi confortável e o quarto espaçoso, tudo limpo. Atenção dos funcionários muito boa, todos gentis e dedicados. Ótima localização.
As paredes são muito finas e ouve-se tudo o que acontece no apartamento ao lado. Os hóspedes vizinhos eram muito barulhentos, e isso foi bem incômodo. As portas só fecham se forem batidas, o que contribui para a falta de sossego.
