The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was plentiful and delicious. I think the hotel location is perfect. There are so many resources within a short walking distance of the hotel being in the city center. The restaurant in the hotel had good food and service. They serve excellent borscht. The laundry service washed and dried my clothes, then delivered it to my room all in the same day. Room service took the trash and replenished fresh towels daily.
Only thing I didn't like was the mini-bar inside the small refrigerator. I don't eat or drink any of those items. It took up valuable space that I would rather use for my own groceries.

Понравилось все, рекомендую всем кто ищет удобство и комфорт. Благодарна персоналу и особое спасибо поварам за банош и каши. Десерт супер. Очень вкусные колбаски собственного приготовления и все блюда приготовлены с любовью и уважением к продуктам. Все проблемы решаются оперативно и дружелюбно. Отдельная благодарность швейцару, к сожалению не узнала имя, за ремонт моей дорожной сумки. Успехов и благополучия всему персоналу отеля и конечно всем мира в Украине.
