I like the staff especially Mohammad and Hasan, I had a very nice and pleasant interaction with them
Pros:

I really like the distance from the Haram to the hotel. It was easy for me to commute between these two. The staff was really friendly. They were quite helpful, especially Hasan and Mohammad.

اعجبني تعامل موظف الاستقبال (عبدالله) وتجاوبه اعجبني خدمة النزلاء والنظافة العامة للفندق

Cons:

يوجد ادوات مستهلكة تحتاج للتغيير، والشعور بعدم الارتياح لعدم وجود عزل للاصوات بين الغرف ، لا يمكن فتح النافذة ، كذلك غطاء الوسادات تظهر انها مستهلكة .
