Very Excellent
Pros:

Located in a great spot very close to the Haram. The room was clean, quiet, and modern. The service was fantastic across all departments, especially the bell staff who were always fast and reliable Mojammel and Naeem and khorshed

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The doorman always opened the door with a friendly greeting, making us feel at home. The bellboy was very quick to bring our luggage up. Clean rooms and unbeatable location close to the Haram. Mojammel and Naeem

A good stay in a place close to haram
Pros:

The kind staff at the front desk Mr. Abdullah who welcomed us after a tiring journey, made us comfortable and feel valued. The first experience in the hotel he gave made our check in very pleasant.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff don’t care much about the guests.

I always preferred to stay in this hotel with family as my first priority.
Pros:

Professional Staff, Cleaniness and location.

Cons:

Highly recommended hotel with walking distance from the haram.
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the haram. Hotel the haram court yard is 5 mins walk. Hotel to first floor tawaf area is 8 minutes via the ramp. You can hear the azan, get out of the hotel and still get inside the masjid alharam for salah.

Cons:

The sound system of the hotel prayer room is very poor and ruined the experience.
