Pros:

Staff were lovely, it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent

The walls are thin so we could hear people talking when they returned very late at night.

Queen Bed was quite hard.
Single bed felt like the springs had collapsed.
Air conditioner requires an upgrade as we couldn't get the room warm.

I just love it because it's close to everything walking distance to downtown breakfast everything
Pros:

I love the lovely sound of nothing quite nice it was beautiful slept in for 12 hours in the staff were absolutely helpful willing to do anything for you

Comfortable.
Pros:

I have balance issues and managed to fall in the carpark. One of the cleaning staff came to my aid. She was very kind. I was touched by her behaviour despite my embarrassment. Full marks to her.

Cons:

The rooms are quite dated and some of the furniture and carpets could do with replacement.

Pros:

The location was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The hot water was amazing and the bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

We were checked into a dirty room to start however the lady rectified this quickly and apologised.
