Ottimo per un weekend a Praga
Pros:

La stanza era pulita, abbiamo usufruito del servizio culla per neonato gratuitamente ed era nuova di zecca.
Posizione perfetta!

Cons:

Essendoci sotto un locale la sera c’era sempre qualcuno che urlava almeno fino all’una di notte. Si potrebbero migliorare le tende oscuranti.

location was great. a lot of local shops around the area, accessibility to transport (near a tram stop and a metro station). Room was huge with complete facilities, water pressure was great. Airconditioning was a plus!

Cons:

Not much, but I would say probably the noise level, but could easily be muffled by closing al windows. The lack of lifts going up to the 2nd floor might be an issue for some, but not for me.

We stayed here in mid-May when the weather in Prague was quite cold and rainy. Unfortunately, the heating mode on the air conditioner did not work, so the room was very cold, especially at night. The Wi-Fi was also not working, and the reason for this was unclear.

Our room was located in the attic (13b), and we would not recommend it. Moreover, the apartments are located directly above a beer bar, so there was a lot of noise and foot traffic.

The only pleasant part of our stay was the girl at the reception desk, who genuinely tried to help us with everything and spoke Russian very well.

Also, to use the TV you need 3 remote controls and a separate instruction manual. And don’t bother looking for YouTube — it’s not there!

Zona este super populata, restaurantul de la parter este super ok.
Mic dejun gustos și variat.
In fiecare zi se preia gunoiul de către doamnele de serviciu.
Camerele curate si spațioase.

Krásně a se vkusem zařízený apartmán, trochu divně řešeno umístění manželské postele, ale nakonec to nevadilo. Čistá a velká koupelna. Veľmi vstřícný personál, jak při ubytování, tak v jídelně u snídaně. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Bohaté snídaně, stačilo i na svačinky...

Cons:

Nemám, co bych vytkla, jen jsem sama podcenila množství schodů, ale alespoň jsme vychodili ty snídaně. Ubytování je spojeno s nádhernou zahradní restauraci, hluk nebyl znát a manžel měl blízko ke konzumaci...

Pros:

Die Appartements liegen sehr zentral! Sie sind super errreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und man kann auch wenn man möchte alles zufuß erkunden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist super nett und hilfsbereit, besonderen Dank noch einmal an den Früstücksservice. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig.

Een aanrader.
Pros:

Prima appartement, schoon, groot, netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien, o.a. koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, koelkast. Heerlijke douche, goede bedden. Niets op aan te merken. Ook de dames bij de receptie waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar lekker en meer dan genoeg. Metro en tram voor de deur zodat je makkelijk en snel naar het centrum kon.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alleen de drie trappen die we elke dag op moesten omdat ons appartement op de bovenste verdieping lag. Maar met de koffers werden we netjes geholpen. Verder viel niets tegen.
