Could have been better, room provided didn’t match description when purchased.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Room was dusty in areas, towels provided had other peoples hair on. We’re given the wrong room and when we told a female member off staff she did nothing to help but be rude. The second day we were locked out, so had to return to reception which was a slight inconvenience after a long day, however the man was very kind and understanding this time round and did say he thought we were in a different room but by then it was to late as we had already spent one night in the room we were given.

Great location
Pros:

Good location with great convenience and amenities close by, apartments had all the things you would get in a fully fledged hotel.

Cons:

Paid extra for balcony for both rooms but could not use them as they were super dirty with bird poo everywhere even on the chairs

Pros:

Die Lage, wenige Schritte zum Kensington Garden wie auch zu zwei U-Bahnhöfen mit zusammen drei Linien. Geschäfte und allerlei Gastronomie sind gleichfalls in bequemer Reichweite.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen. Das Licht fiel durch eine Art Lichtschacht, so dass es ohne künstliches Licht den ganzen Tag über dunkel blieb. Von irgendeinem Ausblick konnte natürlich auch keine Rede sein.
Vor allem aber: Direkt neben dem Fenster befand sich eine Versorgungseinheit, die ununterbrochen lärmte und auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr störte (für einen ungestörten Schlaf also unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen!). Bei offenem Fenster war es nahezu unerträglich.
Kurzum: Bei der Buchung unbedingt sicherstellen, kein Zimmer im Keller zu bekommen! Falls dies nicht möglich sein sollte, von dieser Bleibe lieber Abstand halten, weil die Wohnbedingungen wirklich unerfreulich sind.

Pros:

The place is situated nicely and it is on a calm street without a lot of noise. The room was big enough and clean. There is a subway station really close to the apartment and Hyde park is right around the corner.

Cons:

Check in and check out were not super nice. Firstly, we had to walk to a completely different address for the keys and the staff there were not polite at all. I felt as if I were intruding on them.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Hydepark war super.

Cons:

Das Bett war viel zu hart und die Klimaanlage war direkt auf das Bett ausgerechnet. Das Fenster ist nicht von allein geöffnet geblieben, ist immer wieder zugefallen.

Wonderful location amazing architecture. Will stay again
Pros:

The location of the property can not be beat. Super close to the Queensway tube entrance. We took train from Heathrow on Elizabeth line and transferred to circle line and walked off 1 block from hotel.

Directly across the street from Kensington park Lovely!

The room was small but very clean. We don’t stay in the room much so it was perfect for us.

Cons:

Pretty loud when other guests are coming and going and using the restroom. Once again not a big deal to us but if you are super sound sensitive maybe bring ear plugs.

مكان للسكارى والحشيش والمزبلة

لاشي هربت من السكن ! انتبهو السكن غير مناسب لنا ..

سكن لايمت للصور ! وشارع يعج بالسكارى وريحة الحشيش !
حجزت فيه وغسر مسترد وهربت
ومكان الاستقبال بعيد عن الشقق
وتعاملهم سي خصوصا مديرة الشقق
حجزت فندق اخر لانه مكان لايمكن ان تسكن فيه انتبهو من الموقع لايغركم .
تخيلو م تقدر تدخل الشقة من الزبايل والناس اللي جالسين في مدخل الشقة سكرانين !!
والناس تمشي بالشارع تحت تأثير المخدر كانهم walking dead !

emplacement idéal, confortable.
Pros:

Chambre familiale très propre avec balcon, très lumineux.
Petite salle de bain mais douche très agréable avec une très bonne pression d'eau.
l'immeuble est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse accessible à tous : on peut manger ou prendre son café en extérieur. très propre et personnel très réactif.

Cons:

petite cuisine équipée au strict minimum, pas de table pour manger dans la chambre, juste un petit "comptoir" pour 2 et non pour 5...
le matelas du lit double trop mou et pas droit, il penche vers le bas ... on peut tomber du lit la nuit si on dort sur le bord !
