Air-conditioned apartment with the top location.
Pros:

The location was great. Two underground stops were very close, as well as grocery shops and best of all, Kensington Park right next door. The air conditioning also really worked and was a great help in the hot weather. The kitchen had everything you needed. The service personnel replied actively to my questions. We could come again later.

Would stay here again for a Hyde park concert
Pros:

Perfect location for a concert at Hyde park, bed was comfortable and shower was good pressure, kitchen was good but didn’t use it as only there for one night

Cons:

My only thing was the aircon machine wasn’t really aircon, on full turbo setting it was the feel of a gentle fan and because of the heatwave it was sweltering in the room.

Great location and a super air conditioner.

Cons:

Guests in the next room were very loud - banging doors, loud talking, tv on loudly , laughing, and unbelievable act of ringing our room bell at 2am. This behaviour went on from 1.55 am-5.10am. The matter was raised with the male receptionist in the morning, who dismissed our concern saying such behaviour occurs when a major sporting event is on.

De locatie is fantastisch en dichtbij de metro. Kamer op zich is keurig maar wc in badkamer erg krap waardoor je niet eens recht kunt zitten

Cons:

Belachelijk dat je housekeeping moet ‘boeken’ gedurende je verblijf. En als je housekeeping boekt dan krijg je alleen schone handdoeken op je onopgemaakte bed gekwakt. 2 handdoeken voor 2 personen is ook karig.

Pros:

Loved the romantic design of the hotel even if it was purely in the corridors. Super clean and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The storage area is not safe as it’s an open room not even by reception for anyone to walk in an out of. No staff that brings the luggage in and out or locks the room.
Everyone around me, who also wanted to store their luggage was very unhappy and worried whether they could leave their valuable items or not.
That was the only disappointing thing about the hotel.

Weve booked a room for 5 people and weren’t expecting much but it was super roomy and big. It also had an Ac throughout the whole building which was nice.
