According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy for the period.

Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, as acomodações estavam em bom estado. As roupas de cama, o espaço do quarto, o silêncio e as comodidades eram bons, o que é esperado de um hotel 3 estrelas.
Por ser no Centro, com a maior parte das atrações era próxima, facilitou bastante nosso roteiro
Dois pontos me incomodaram, mas não me impediriam de me hospedar novamente:
1- Por ter um carpete antigo, o quarto tem um cheiro característico e isto me forçou a usar um desodorizador de ambientes, mas o problema foi contornado com facilidade.
2- O hotel é grande, com vários andares, mas o restaurante é minúsculo, o que torna desconfortáveis o café da manhã e outras refeições quando o hotel está cheio. Mas, novamente, isso não me impediria de me hospedar com minha família lá novamente.
Quarto bem limpo e arrumado. Travesseiro maravilhoso.
Recebemos dois vouchers de FREE DRINKS. Na hora que pedimos os drinks, quando fui apresentar o vouchers, a bartender disse que apenas a caipirinha fazia parte do FREE DRINKS. Fiquei pensando comigo "Ué... se eu pedi um drink na carta de drinks, ele deveria estar incluso...". Mas sem estresse, tinha acabado de me casar e não seria isso que iria tirar a minha paz. De qualquer maneira, acho interessante mudar pra "FREE CAIPIRINHA" ou então, liberar todos os drinks da carta de drinks... acho que faz sentido, não?
Tudo excepcional. Voltaremos com certeza.
