According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:

• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. Esperavamos algo mais completo, quartos mais aconchegantes e confortáveis.

Localização, café da manhã e o atendimento do pessoal da recepção muito prestativos.

Cons:

Cama desconfortável, roupa de cama suja e os travesseiros muito altos pedimos para trocar e não fomos atendidos ficamos 3 dias, e não teve limpeza no quarto mesmo pedindo para a moça responsável, apenas trocaram as toalhas de banho, o ar condicionado só funciona certas horas.

Secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. Minha esposa ficou com cabelo molhado, pois a equipe de manutenção tinha acabado o espediente.

Bom, mas não voltaria!

Café da manhã e bom atendimento / prestatividade dos funcionários. Hotel bem localizado e com um certo requinte na aparência.

Cons:

Ficamos numa suíte PCD. Apesar de não ter nos atrapalhado, gostaríamos de ter, por exemplo, box ao invés de cortinas. O banheiro ficou encharcado e tomamos banho com a cortina aberta pois ela ficava grudando em nós. Sei que isso é normal em alguns hotéis fora do país, mas é um detalhe que, pra nós, entra como desempate em casos de dúvidas. Sobre a minha avaliação do preço, pagamos pela localidade, pela reserva em alta demanda etc... Apenas coloquei essa observação por ja ter me hospedado num hotel da mesma rede por menos da metade do preço, então, mesmo ciente, o custo-benefício me chateou um pouco.

Ligará para café muito pequeno. Tu é que esperar uns 40 min. No domingo às 08:00 da manhã.
Faltou água no meu andar . Entrei dia 10/07 liberaram o quarto às 14:30 a água chegou às 17:00.

Pros:

Fácil acesso ao centro da cidade. Check in fácil também. Além do hotel ser limpo e organizado, tem bastante informações no saguão. O quarto que optamos serviu perfeitamente para 3 pessoas da mesma família. Água quente, ar condicionado bom, cortina com black out. Lençóis e toalhas trocados diariamente e limpos. Café da manhã com bastante opção e bastante lugar para sentar.

Cons:

Para falar que não gostei de algo, acredito que no quarto para 3 pessoas, podia ter uma terceira cadeira ou mais cabides. MAS isso não afetou em absolutamente nada na experiência. Foi maravilhoso
