According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy for the period.

Hotel muito antigo e mal conservado. Paredes do quarto riscadas, cortinas manchadas, pé direito muito baixo, e banheira velha embaixo do chuveiro. Chegamos 00:20 e o hotel estava fechado, tivemos que bater na porta para sermos atendidos. A localização é péssima, não fica numa rua, fica no meio da quadra próximo a uma praça, que para acessar temos que subir de carro pelo calçadão em meio a pedestres. Região muito perigosa à noite. Reservei confiando que seria um hotel aceitável por ser de uma rede conhecida, mas foi decepcionante! Pior experiência possível.

cafe Muito bom como sempre..Achei que poderia ter serviço de quarto no final de semana tambem. Fiz pedidos de andar mais alto e quarto de frente. Inicialmente nao fui atendida. Mais tarde fizeram a troca para um quarto de frente que é mais arejado pois somos idosos e nos hospedamos muitas vezes por ano e gostamos muito da localizaçao e do hotel.
A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhor.Muito velho acabamento com limo preto.Pedi para trocar toalhas de banho pois estavam rotas.

Carpete no quarto, toalha no segundo dia colocaram muito fina, bem diferente do primeiro dia. Barulho de encanamento quando o quarto ao lado puxava a descarga.
Quarto grande, limpo, confortável. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Excelente localização. Nossa estadia foi perfeita.
