According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy for the period.

Ao entrar no quarto, havia o cheiro forte do carpete, um odor pouco desagradável, além disso, o frigobar apresentava-se com sujeira escura no interior do mesmo, creio que o nome seja orifício de degelo/drenagem, e eu precisei realizar a limpeza do mesmo pela sujidade que estava, parecia mofo, apesar dos funcionários comentarem que era “óleo” dele mesmo no local. Fiquei receoso de armazenar alimentos no local.
Gostaria de parabenizar a toda equipe do Slaviero centro, pelo excelente atendimento e por nos ter proporcionado dias inesquecíveis! Tudo perfeito, café da manhã maravilhoso, bem diversificado, muitas opções e tudo muito saboroso. O hotel possui uma excelente localização, próximo de tudo que uma família necessita, tem uma praça muito legal com quiosques, barracas e artesanatos, muita comida boa e passeios maravilhosos!!!! A pontualidade, limpeza, organização, segurança e educação são algumas das marcas desse lugar... O atendimento no Hotel, especialmente o do Marlon e Vicente nos encantou. Marlon com sua simpatia e sempre muito solícito nos proporcionou uma estada excepcional no Hotel, fez-nos sentir em casa com seu atendimento humanizado e empático. O Vicente idem, nos recepcionou de maneira calorosa e educada, sem falar do atendimento no restaurante da Fran, que deu um show, sempre alegre e sorridente, nos atendeu de forma espetacular e gentil. Esses colaboradores certamente fazem toda a diferença no encantamento dos hóspedes, pois eles fizeram com que nossa experiência fosse marcante e superasse nossas expectativas, o que nos fez desejar retornar, e com certeza iremos voltar a essa cidade linda, e nos hospedar nesse Hotel encantador, maravilhoso, e bem receptivo... Amamos cada detalhe, desde a acomodação, à limpeza dos quartos, à gentileza dos atendentes, à localização. Enfim, ficamos satisfeitíssimos com nossa viagem e estamos ansiosos para fazê-la novamente num momento oportuno. Obrigado!!!!
