A very special place!
Pros:

Comfortable and unpretentious . The very best of views. Great Location, Sense of history. Fantastic breakfast with the best of table service ( no awful self service buffet )

Pros:

The view, the bed, the peace

Cons:

No hot water in the room, short staffed so had to ask for necessity like coffee tea in room for example. Room not made up till ta time

Great views
Pros:

View from the balcony was excellent, and I sat out there most of the evening. The restaurant had excellent seafood, albeit a bit pricey given there is nowhere else to eat.

Balconies could do with dividers between rooms to improve privacy

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful evening meal and a good hearty breakfast. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Very unusual hotel
Pros:

This the best view from any hotel ive ever stayed in , very quirky with added attraction of a rooftop studio and art gallery

Cons:

Room was a little dated but i suppose it adds to the hotel.

Pros:

Staff very friendly Food was very good Scenery beautiful

Cons:

Views out window in bedroom & restaurant are interrupted by parked cars
Throw on bed looked stained or dirty though otherwise bedding was immaculate

Absolutely unique place with its own personality
Pros:

This is beautiful and unique place. Great location and views, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful decor (Mrs Ryans' - the owner - paintings!) and design. Best seafood! Big and tasty breakfasts. This place has it's own personality and you need to go there and feel it, it's difficult to describe. The superior rooms are amazing.

Cons:

I personally do not not like it, but some people might find some of "the old building" perks as annoying - some squeaking floors or stuff like that, but this is the part of personality I was writing above :)
