When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Location, modern feel
Not a lot
I booked this as a last minute deal for a conference held at G-Live. I was provided an additional access room, one designed for wheelchair users, which was pleasant.
The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Though I essentially only used it to sleep.
The breakfast buffet was great with a good selection of cooked and continental options.
On arrival I was informed by the receptionist that not all facilities were available inclusive of the booking, and there would be additional charges for the gym and spa facilities - which I opted not to use on this basis.
Very comfortable bed
Bedroom was small, shower was tiny and the shower head was dirty.
Bar staff said they would bring our drinks across, rather than having to wait at bar, we waited 25 minutes before getting up and walking out.
Front of house staff were fairly dismissive and matter of fact.
