Pros:

In middle of gold coast handy to all attractions, loved easy beach access and parking apartments spacious and very quite place.
Loved heated pool for winter it was fun for kids.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything. It is a good size for families

Cons:

The second bathroom had a little dirt or dust which put our daughter off, easily cleaned but she didn't use it. It is our daughter who asked me to get a unit with a bath. There is mismatched plates, not too much a concern but the other place we stayed in tweed heads was a bit more modern, jset off dishes cups all matching and it was cheaper. Ne we er furniture as welll. This unit was rundiwn compared to last time we stayed here.

Pros:

The grounds and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained. Great access to the beach, public transport and walking paths along the foreshore.

Cons:

The parking situation when you have two couples with cars was bad only one spot per unit (even three bedroom units) no visitor parking available.

Friendly staff, comfortable apartment with amenities close by. Would love to stay again.
Pros:

Friendly and proactive staff who provided assistance. Comfortable apartment. Close to amenities and not far from surfers paradise. Loved the heated pool.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and it was really difficult going up and down the stairs every day. Only one pool was heated. Someone kept parking in our designated car park. The shower in the apartment didn't have instantaneous hot water, so sometimes 1 of 4 family members had a cold shower.

Pros:

First stay at the resort and it did not disappoint. Warmly greeted by the team. Room was beautiful overlooking one of the pools. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was easy and functional. Feels like a home away from home. Was so peaceful. I would recommend and my family and I will return.

A nice spot close to the beach although no beach views from ground level as built out.

We got noise complaints at precisely 10pm. Some would say fair enough but some would say a little harsh as it is a holiday spot.
