A great spot! TV
Pros:

Fabulous location to the beach and shops with excellent bus facilities at the doorstep. The unit was clean and spacious. A wonderful view from the balcony looking straight out at the ocean.

Cons:

Having to be up and out by 9.30am. It doesn't allow for making the most of the day, doing another beach walk or swim etc. When people are holidaying often they like to be able to sleep in, change their usual routines etc.

Pros:

Location , easy access to the walking path and beach. Bus stop is right out the front and staight accross tge road and its only 50 cent fares. Overall very great experience.Would totally recomend.

Cons:

The car park was quite tight and car spaces quite small for a larger car (but that would not stop me from going back)

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Sam Simeon again.
Pros:

Every apartment has an ocean view
It was secure
The apartment was quite spacious
Location is good
Car park was high enough to fit our vehicle under
Nice spacious, lawned bbq area outside, so you can eat by the beach

Cons:

Beds were not very comfortable
A tight squeeze to walk around the main bed
Layout of the apartment is a little odd - toilet being at the front door opening onto the kitchen (ick) - bathroom opens onto dining area
Laundry (washing machine lid opens less than half way which makes it quite difficult)
Noisy - if you want some quiet time you will have to shut the doors

Cons:

Property management was unhelpful and tight as a cats proverbial, ammenities were scantly provided, one dishwasher tab, one garbage bag, no tissues, no basic kitchen supplies provided ie paper towel,cooking oil, no Alfoil or salt and pepper, refused to make single beds into a double bed or provide linen to do so.

Very relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of the Gold Coast
Pros:

Right on the beach with a great view, the property also has a swimming pool. A short walk to the lifesavers at Tugun for a swim or to shops & restaurants.
