Pros:

I loved that the apartments were not in a high rise building! Apartment size was extremely generous as were the bedroom sizes. The apartment was lovely and ckean and bright. The location was wonderful being very close to the main restaurant/shopping area, Kurawa RSL & beach front boulevard. The staff were very attentive abmnd even gifted us a bottle of wine in celebration of our wedding anniversary! The kids had the pool to themselves practically every night and we loved that from a safety and privacy perspective.

Cons:

The furniture was well loved with the sofa being a bit outdated and 'springy' and a dining chair broke under me, but really, not a deal breaker at all. We will definitely be going back!

Pros:

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They carried our bags up and let us park for a little longer as we were attending supanova. 10/10 would recommend.

Lisa and her partner were very helpful and they were really lovely people 😊
Pros:

Going out for breakfast or dinner was about a 10 minute walk. Which was great. 😊 we were there for Supanova which was just around the corner 😁

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Next time we book a room we will make sure to get ground floor rooms. Having bad knees and going up and down stairs to get to top level.

Warm and friendly and immaculately clean and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely reception staff, nothing was too much trouble! Very welcoming and friendly! Would definitely return! Loved the pool area and BBQs! Pool was clean and heated! Rooms were immaculate and comfortable

excellent friendly people would stay again but request a ground floor apartment

excellent staff very friendly very clean and comfy place to stay

Cons:

no lift if your staying on the third floor and have to hike bags up on bottom it would be fine and the beds were a bit hard and could do with updating but clean and tidy

Great location to stay and close to everything we needed.
Pros:

The location was in proximity to the Star where the convention was held. Short walk distance to food and shops.

Cons:

I am not sure of what other rooms / types of rooms were available, however we were on the highest floor, and was difficult to get luggage up the stairs - but we were offered assistance with the luggage and walk up 3 flights of stairs not sure if there was a room on a lower level that met our needs.
