Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Falls man das nicht rechtzeitig schafft zum Check in kann man auch kontaktlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Es gibt ein Kiosk gegenüber.

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet.

Cons:

Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr unterschiedlich - ein Team sehr freundlich und bemüht, die anderen gelangweilt wirkend.
Frühstück wurde nur an einen Tag nachgelegt, sonst bereits nach einigen Minuten fast leer, gekochte Eier kalt.

Eine Freundin und ich waren zu einem Konzert in der Quarterback Arena, dafür ist die Lage des Hotels spitze. Auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Check in und Check out unkompliziert und schnell, Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe, sogar mit Badewanne, und Fenster.
Frühstück war auch sehr gut!

Das meistens beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Top-Lage.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind oberer durchschnittlicher Standard und vor allem aber sauber und ohne sichtbare Mängel. Die Dusche ist groß, der Druck der Düse ist hervorragend. Der Schreibtisch ist okay um mal kurz 10 Minuten im Sitzen was zu machen, ansonsten kann man ihn zum Arbeiten vergessen, was aber in Deutschland bei den meisten Hotels der Fall ist. Das Bett ist gut, obwohl es zwei Einzematratzen sind, die eben bei der Angabe "Doppelbett" die Vorfreude trüben. Ich hab nach vorn zur Waldstraße geschlafen bei angekipptem Fenster. Obwohl das Innenstadt ist mit Straßenbahnverkehr war es absolut okay, die Fenster brauchte ich nie schließen. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht, Wellness ebenso nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Wie schon erwähnt: Schreibtisch ist nicht komfortabel zum Arbeiten, das Bett besteht aus zwei Einzelmatratzen und erfordert einmal pro Nacht ein Nachkorrigieren, dass die "Ritze" nicht zu groß wird. Erträglich und okay, viele werden mit den Punkten gar kein Problem haben. Klimaanlage fehlt, was im Sommer wirklich problematisch ist.

Leider kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Wir waren zum Konzert in der Quarterbackarena. Die Lage des Hotels zum Veranstaltungsort ist perfekt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, etwas frisches Obst hätte es perfekt gemacht. Das Bad ist neu saniert.

Cons:

In punkto Sauberkeit im Zimmer gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben. Die Betten sind schwer zugänglich, weil neben dem Bett bis zur Wand nur ca.60cm Platz ist. Die Möbel sind schon älter, das Leder am Bett brüchig. Ich habe 180 € für eine Nacht, 2 Personen mit Frühstück gezahlt. Für mich kein Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.
