Pros:

Juste la boof

Cons:

Le sale de bain c'était pas trop propre y'avais du poil mais à part de ça c'est bien en plus la piscine était fermé sans nous prévenir on n'avais ramèné nos enfants pour profiter de la piscine mais au final toujours fermé c'était la 2e fois on n'était déçu

Séjour appréciable à l'hôtel RETAJ
Pros:

L'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel, mention spéciale à la responsable du service de restauration.

Ainsi que le restaurant incluant une pizzeria, leur immense parc arboré principalement de cocotier et terrasse vue sur la mer sans oublier la piscine et la salle de sport.

Cons:

La vétusté des toilettes même si c'était toujours propre.

Pros:

Good location. Camoros is a poor country so you have to lower your standards somewhat.

Cons:

There was only one operating air-conditioner and no fan in the gym, of the temperature inside was maybe 85° – ridiculously miserably hot! If they can’t fix the air conditioner, at least they should buy a bunch of fans!

The staff is really kind and helpful.
The location is amazing!

Cons:

The hotel seriously needs maintenance.
Food is good, but the menu would benefit some changes in variety as there is basically the same menu every two days.

Thanks all the stuff specially that lady manger reallyi don’t know her name but she very polite and helpful
Pros:

The location was Amazing the stuff all they are good specially reception desk girls they are very polite and doing the best the room was clean the air conditioning was nice

Cons:

The bath ( toilet was broken tiles not suitable with this hotel the level of bath is very low compared with Retaj hotel it’s good property except the bath is bad

Nous souhaitons signaler le comportement inapproprié de la femme de ménage responsable du premier étage. Celle-ci fait preuve d'un manque flagrant de respect à notre égard et n'hésite pas à hausser le ton lorsque nous lui faisons remarquer que le ménage n'a pas été effectué correctement. Au-delà d'une formation professionnelle approfondie, il semblerait qu'un rappel aux règles élémentaires de courtoisie et de savoir-vivre soit également nécessaire.
