Quarto grande e bem distribuído

Cons:

Confusão desde a chegada com a entrega de minha chaves em um quarto que provavelmente havia hóspede.
No segundo dia quando cheguei tarde no hotel, fui informado que não tinha quarto para mim, sendo que minha hospedagem permanecia por mais alguns dias e já paga.
Enfim, muita informação equivocada e problemas possíveis de não terem acontecidos.
