Excellent hotel, adorable staff but bad communication with booking.com
Pros:

Even we have a problem at check-in, the receptionist was nice and empathetic toward me. He solve the problem in the way everyone should solve problems to customers. He should be managing the hotel and not the actual manager that was the one who did not respect our reservation even I called the day before informing a delay on our trip and please not to cancel. He said yes but it seems he later forgot. When we arrived our reservation was cancelled and the hotel was full. The receptionist, after our insistence, acted proactively, solved the problem, was nice, and provided services.

Cons:

It's a good hotel, even the included breakfast was good. Staff was nice. It's walking distance to the Raleigh Stadium, but have bad communication with Booking.com if you need something send an email directly.

My overall stay was great. The reasoning because the room was clean was able to get additional towels and wash clothes.
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional. I received accommodation and concise details on what I had access to do while my stay.

Cons:

The water temperature of the shower.

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable accommodations, and pet friendly!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was dog friendly which was the best part.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available throughout the day/evening. The bathroom is small so a fan would have been helpful.

It wasn't worth the money AT ALL!!!
Pros:

The staff were super nice. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

My room smelled liked mildew. Also, housekeeping only cleans your room every other day and they leave at 3:00 pm which means there's no one to bring you washcloths and towels. I didn't know this until coming back to my room around 5 pm and found the wet towels that I had stacked neatly for housekeeping still on the carpet. When asked what to do with the dirty towels, the front desk worker advised me to leave them there until morning or bring them down when I came downstairs to get washcloths and towels. I refused to have damp towels on a carpeted floor in a room that already smells like mildew. Plus, who wants to look at that? There's no room to place them in the bathroom as the toilet area is too small. My husband had to take the dirty towels downstairs and get new ones because the front desk worker couldn't leave the front desk. He literally had to take dirty towels through the hotel. For the amount of money that I spent, this was unacceptable. It was either leave the damp towels on the carpeted floor or take them down ourselves. I wouldn't recommend.

Pros:

Check in was easy. the Hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The exercise room was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like. All was good

Great location. Awesome stay. Take care of Ray!
Pros:

Seemed up to date and welcoming. Maintenance man Ray was a cool dude. He needs some reward for treating customers top notch.

Cons:

The showers in both of the rooms we stayed in need updating to a cleaner up to date look to feel cleaner and welcoming.

Exceptionally clean and well staffed location that I would recommend unreservedly!
Pros:

The staff are/were excellent: engaging, helpful, and friendly. Great breakfast too. The room was spacious and well equipped. Really an excellent stay, largely due to superior staff!

Cons:

A freezer with ice cream treats! We had a hankering for ice cream and it would have been nice to grab one out of a freezer -- some single serve varieties.

Would not stay again! They knowingly put you in rooms with black mold!
Pros:

Location is safe, couple of nice restaurants about 5-10 min away. Directly across the street from several brand new build apartment buildings. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

BLACK MOLD!! Bathroom not clean, pubic hairs on the ledges in shower, black mold all over plastic shower curtain, black mold all over fan, black mold on textured wallpaper. Red mildew on fabric shower curtain.
The glass table inside room was filthy.
I kindly brought this to staffs attention upon checkout and as soon as I said black mold, the receptionist got loud and a rude tone and said they are renovating the rooms and they know of the problems! My jaw dropped, I looked at her, and said so with me having a small child with me, you knowingly put me in a room with black mold. Not to mention, I am pregnant and have asthma! She said she did not personally put me in the room. I showed her pictures and she said she would put the room on a list not to use again. That doesn't help me and my family or our stay. They offered absolutely no compensation for the stay.
Next, the breakfast was terrible! Bacon was white. I've actually never encountered such a thing. No real meat color, just white.... all of it. Eggs, black and burned. Fruit looked good but then was well past it's life when we tried it. I was so hopeful to have a nice breakfast before our long road trip, instead, I had to go pay extra to get breakfast elsewhere.
