Very good option for family travel
Pros:

We needed two rooms and hotel provided connecting rooms, which was super comfortable. Location was very convenient not far from the entrance to the city wall.

Cons:

We could not figure out how WeChat works for room service. It would be very helpful to have a menu and a room service number as an option to order food.

C’est au top! On recommande.
Pros:

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes ravis. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : toute l’équipe était chaleureuse, souriante, disponible et toujours prête à aider.

La chambre était confortable, le lit très agréable et le cadre général de l’établissement vraiment plaisant. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité de l’équipe, qui a accepté de prolonger notre heure de départ après notre demande à la réception, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la fin du séjour.

En résumé, une excellente expérience à tous les niveaux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cons:

Kaum oder kein englisch sprachiges Personal, auch an der Rezeption nicht. Für ein internationales topp Hotel unüblich und schlecht.

Auf den zweiten Blick vieles eher abgenutzt und älter.

Enorm genoten in dit prachtige hotel!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met mooie ruime kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt. Ook het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een leuke gezellige buurt, prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.
