- Room was great -- spacious, comfortable, beautiful (the bed was so comfy, one of the best sleeps we had)

- Location -- very central, you'll get to the city's main points of interest very easily and quite nice restaurants all around (Chinese bbq, crayfish...)
- Staff was helpful -- shoutout to Alice who helped us to make some tourist attraction bookings
- Very accessible swimming pool and gym (including a reformer!)
- Loved the amenities in the room -- very qualitative
- The A/C is very easy to use
- Overall the hotel is just beautiful -- the lobby is just breathtaking
- The sauna and hammam... people literally on their phones with their swimsuit on and the door half opened... clothes were just hanging there...
- If we need to be picky, there was no soft close of the toilet seat

The location and the staff are amazing, very helpful staff. The hotel is clean and tidy and very well located near the main attractions - other than the Terra-cotta warriors obviously -.
Great choice of local restaurants with all sorts of food types just by the hotel. So good!.
The hotel can also assist booking private tours and transportation to and from train station and airport. Special thanks to Jones and the ladies at the front desk.
If we go back to Xi’an we will stay here again!
The lounge access hours were not very good, the hotel car for the transfers is very old, but this didn’t really add negatives to our stay.

Das Zimmer war wunderbar, groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad hervorragend. Die Glastrennung zum Zimmer ist sehr schön und ausgefallen. Die Lage war sehr gut, in der Stadtmitte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr aufmerksame Service.

The place is located at the heart of Xi'an City Wall, just 500 meters away from one of the entrances in a very nice neighboorhood, quiet and full of places. The hotel's breakfast was very good, with tons of options to choose from. The room was huge, with a huge comfy bed and super clean. The staff members were amazing. We took a massage in the hotel and it was totally worth it. It also has a nice gym.
Nothing, we loved Xi'an (it was our second time in the city), and the hotel was exactly what we wanted.
