Excellent place to stay in Xi’an - would highly recommend.
Pros:

Staff excellent and very helpful with any problems such as our apps not working for payments.
Very comfortable bed and shower. Good location very close for walking the city walls.

От отеля остались очень приятные впечатления. Особенно понравилось отношение персонала. Несмотря на то, что официальное время заселения было с 15:00, нас без проблем заселили уже в 8 утра. Персонал был предельно вежливым и внимательным, нам даже предложили позавтракать.

Завтрак хороший. Я веган, поэтому для меня особенно важно было наличие подходящих блюд — веганские позиции были, и голодной я точно не осталась. При этом я не знаю местного языка, но никаких сложностей не возникло: сотрудники спокойно старались меня понять и отвечали на все вопросы.

При выезде тоже пошли нам навстречу и разрешили оставаться столько, сколько нам было удобно.

Расположение отеля очень хорошее — многое находится рядом. Я даже нашла неподалёку отличное веганское кафе.

Во время нашего пребывания часто шли дожди, и очень приятно, что в отеле были зонты, которыми можно было воспользоваться. Такие небольшие детали действительно показывают заботу о гостях.

В целом остались очень довольны: прекрасное отношение персонала, удобное расположение, хороший завтрак и очень гостеприимная атмосфера. Спасибо за такой тёплый приём!

Cons:

Из небольших минусов — SPA-зона уже немного старенькая. Одна из тёплых зон не работала, а бассейном я не рискнула воспользоваться. Вид из окна у нас тоже был не самый красивый.

Но эти моменты совершенно не испортили общего впечатления. Для меня отношение к гостям, доброжелательность и готовность персонала помочь оказались намного важнее. В целом я осталась очень довольна пребыванием и особенно благодарна сотрудникам за такое гостеприимство и человеческое отношение.

Hall fantastica da film, hotel maestoso, personale gentilissimo, posizione centrale.

Cons:

La stanze, molto pulita, mostra però i segni del tempo, a mio avviso andrebbe ristrutturata. La colazione è completa ma la parte dolce non è al livello delle altre strutture ricettive di pari livello che ci hanno ospitato in Cina. Sono sottigliezze, che però dall'Hilton mi sarei aspettato.

Pros:

Es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet und abgenutzt.
Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert und war stark überhitzt.
Aber: Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sowie das Management waren äußerst nett und hilfsbereit.

Such an amazing hotel, everything was just perfect
Pros:

- Room was great -- spacious, comfortable, beautiful (the bed was so comfy, one of the best sleeps we had)
- Breakfast -- LOTS of choices for everybody
- Location -- very central, you'll get to the city's main points of interest very easily and quite nice restaurants all around (Chinese bbq, crayfish...)
- Staff was helpful -- shoutout to Alice who helped us to make some tourist attraction bookings
- Very accessible swimming pool and gym (including a reformer!)
- Loved the amenities in the room -- very qualitative
- The A/C is very easy to use
- Overall the hotel is just beautiful -- the lobby is just breathtaking

Cons:

- The sauna and hammam... people literally on their phones with their swimsuit on and the door half opened... clothes were just hanging there...
- If we need to be picky, there was no soft close of the toilet seat
