Everything was great. A very competent manager, Yelchin, and other hotel workers.

We needed two rooms and hotel provided connecting rooms, which was super comfortable. Location was very convenient not far from the entrance to the city wall.
We could not figure out how WeChat works for room service. It would be very helpful to have a menu and a room service number as an option to order food.

La chambre était confortable, le lit très agréable et le cadre général de l’établissement vraiment plaisant. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité de l’équipe, qui a accepté de prolonger notre heure de départ après notre demande à la réception, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la fin du séjour.
En résumé, une excellente expérience à tous les niveaux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
