Cons:

I suffer from claustrophobia and specifically requested a room with a balcony when I checked in. Despite being a repeat guest who has stayed at this hotel several times, my request was denied unless I paid extra. I felt this was unfair, particularly after explaining my medical condition. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the management was very disappointing

Pros:

The staff were very kind and did a prompt response. The buffet breakfast was also good. Just that they have only one family room per floor and they are all at the end, you have to walk long to get to the room. Since road is going on, anybuber you book will take 20 - 30 mins.
