Très décevant - Pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles, attention !

Emplacement

Cons:

L’infrastructure, l’hôtel en lui-même, le personnel, ne sont pas du tout au niveau d’un 5* ni du prix et des tarifs affichés.

Le parvis de l’hôtel est brouillon, on ne sait pas où on est… le bar sert également d’accueil checkin et checkout.

L’hôtel est globalement beaucoup plus petit qu’il n’en a l’air en photo.

Les chambres méritent un sérieux rafraîchissement tout comme les installations (électricité, boutons d’éclairage, …).

C’est un bon hôtel pour séminaire, pas pour des vacanciers à la recherche d’un service hôtelier 5 étoiles.

J’espère que cet avis servira aux futurs voyageurs, il existe beaucoup d’hôtels à Bangkok, à tarifs équivalents, avec des services beaucoup plus qualitatifs.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location is excellent as it’s just across the road from Lumphini Park and a 10 minute walk to Silom Complex and several excellent restaurants.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Located opposite Lumphini park was great but can with issues when getting taxis as congestion was a problem.
Pros:

The rooms were big but a little tired and need of a revamp

Cons:

The restaurants relative to surrounding area were overpriced. Not everyone wants an all you can eat buffet which I guess puts the price up . Alcohol prices were ridiculous but I guess not unusual for big hotel chains in Bangkok

Espectacular
Pros:

Todo el hotel está genial destacando sus habitaciones, la zona de piscina y la roof top en el piso 29 ideal para tomar unas copas con unas vistas increíbles.

Cons:

Quizás el tráfico que hay para llegar al hotel al estar en la zona financiera, aunque tienes una parada de metro a 5 min y con ese metro puedes ir a los templos de Bangkok de forma fácil y cómoda.
