So Hotel......So, what happened?
Pros:

The breakfast and the team were amazing. I love coming back for my morning breakfasts and the view it comes with.

Cons:

Lack of communication with the reception staff/back office. Why ask if accomodations or requests by customers are to be made via booking.com, however, no reponses or accomodations are made. Thus being pointless. I requested an early checkin via the app's form and also sent a message incase the request was missed.
Its fine if a plain 'no' was received but Staff did not acknowledge, nor check the messages/requests. Instead gave me excuses as to why they couldnt accomodate.

A second point noticed:
For the past 3 years I have been staying at So Hotel via booking.com and other booking platforms, and the touch of what made So Hotel special was the staff, their sincere service and checking on the customers well being. It was unique, and an interesting work mantra and culture.
However, now Staff seem overwhelmed or over worked, the culture has diluted, and on my last two visits the wear and tear of the rooms are quite visible.

Les espaces communs (piscine, salle de sport, coffee shop, bar..)

Cons:

Petit détail : dans notre chambre, la douche fuyait et les lumières murales ne fonctionnaient pas toutes bien

Would always come back!
Pros:

Cannot get any better for long weekend in Bangkok. Beautiful rooms, lots of space. Beautiful views and a stunning pool. Also enjoyed the rooftop bar very much.
MRT and shopping is right across the street. Nice dining locations and bars nearby, too.

Pros:

Beautiful design room and interior. Stunning view of the park. Very comfortable mattress and Stunning linen. Great rain shower. Lots of sockets and USB points in the room. Fridge with soft drinks and water. Electric blinds with a switch by the bed. Park is opposite the hotel if you enjoy outdoor fitness.

Cons:

Location is good, but in a quiet area. Sink drain was blocked, slow draining, but that almost standard in hotels in Bangkok.
